Jason player spawning, and inventory carry over.

Just thinkin', (uh, oh, lol) but maybe when a match starts the Jason player could have camera feed option for each player counselor to see what and where they're up to, then could choose 1-7 via menu below, where to spawn. Effectively creating a "Stalk". Also, possibly having random inventory gathered passed over from match to match, so while everyone is scrambling for keys etc, one player may already have them and split, leaving everyone in the dust to meet their fate. It would be a dangerous mechanic to implement, but handled well, could simulate reality from situation, to situation. Just some thoughts.

Noted, but we'll have more info on gameplay and combat and all that noise down the road, so stay tuned ;)

I was thinking about the inventory system the game may have and think it would be a great idea if every counselor started with a counselor specific item [ cool guy has lighter] or [team leader has pocket knife] somthing that ties into their personality but also something to help them along the way.

That's a neat idea, with a character-specific starting item. I guess it depends on how their skill manifests; someone good at lockpicking could simply be good at lockpicking, or instead they could have a lockpick on them...for all their essential summer camp needs.

 

Undecided on inventory carrying over, purely because I personally like the pick-up-and-play nature. Also easier to drop in and out of games that way, rather than feeling you have to continue (rather than by pure choice) because you got a good item last game.

Really neat idea, kinda like keeping note where will the Counselors will go and so on
