  1. @ShiftySamurai @[IllFonic]Courier @GunMedia_Ben @wes So, let me start off by saying I have no issues with the way Roy uses the shears while walking, running, or beating down the door, and I don't really have a problem with him taking the shears apart for two of the kills. Now with that being said, I do think it would be much better if the shears had their own chopping kills as opposed to taking the weapon apart. So my first suggestion would be to add 2 regular shears style kills for that weapon. These are my suggestions for those kills... 1st: the victim is kicked to the ground (similar to part VI's Knock Down) and then the shears are brought down into the eyes of the victim and then closed and pulled out (just like Tina's death in part V). 2nd: the shears are used to chop at the victim who puts up their hand to block it and their fingers are chopped off, then as the victim screams a blade of the open shears is lunged forward stabbing the victim through the neck (this is kind of an homage to two of the kills by Cropsy in The Burning during the raft massacre) . Now my next weapon suggestion is to use those two Shears kills (Last Breath and You're So Vein) and put them on a new weapon: Machete & Hunting Knife. This new weapon would use the regular Machete animations, but would add the Part VI belt to any Jason that the weapon was equipped on. The hunting knife would only be brought out during the executions, which with Last Breath would be Jason sticking the hunting knife under the victims chin and then stabbing the machete through their head, and with You're So Vein would have Jason stab the victim in the gut with the machete and then slash down on their arms with both the hunting knife and machete cutting down both of their wrists. For the 3rd kill, they could use a kill that was seen in the motion capture sessions with Jason stabbing the hunting knife into the victims leg and then circling the victim sticking them in both sides of their ribs with the machete, before finally yanking the knife out of their leg and doing a cross slash with both blades across their neck decapitating them. And of course the next weapon would be the classic pitchfork, which I for one have no issue with them giving the Savini kills to (and I own Savini Jason), and then bringing out an additional 3 kills with the weapon (which could in turn be used with Savini as well). We already know that there were additional pitchfork kills in the motion capture sessions, so this way people that don't have Savini could get a new weapon to use with any Jason and Savini users like myself could get the additional 3 kills for him. It would be a win for both of us. With this new weapon (which could simply use all the same animations as The Devil's Pitchfork), if equipped on Part 2 Jason they could make him have a unique look to the weapon (just like Savini does), it would be the 4 tine version from part 2... while every other Jason from III to Uber would use the standard 6 tine version as used in part III. My final weapon suggestion is The Scythe (like the one used by Jason in part VII), I'm suggesting this weapon as I think it might actually already be coming to the game due to the leaked kill footage (which showed the weapon being swung into the crotch of a victim and then the victim being thrown off the blade over Jason's shoulder) and some of the motion capture footage looking like it could be used with this weapon (like the one were the long stick is being used to swing at the victim's head and them being thrown sideways off the weapon). The game is great and constantly improving, so I think these new additions would make it that much better... let me know what you guys think?
  2. This is my list of things that need to be added to the game and some that could be added to game for fun. First of all, before I get to my list, I want to get to something that I think needs to be changed greatly... and that is taking Rob Dier out of the intro scenes for all 7 of the existing maps. Rob was a hero style character in The Final Chapter and not just a one note victim, I'll get to what I think should be done with his character model later, but right now I want to suggest who should replace him in the intros. In the Camp Crystal Lake and Packanack Lodge intros, I think the victim should be Crazy Ralph and instead of just walking in and getting wacked by Jason, he should get a different line to say on each of those maps. They could use sound samples from the actual first two movies, in Crystal Lake he could walk in and say, "I'm a messenger of God. You're doomed if you stay here!" then he would ride off on his bicycle and Jason could burst through the door of a cabin behind the counselors and throw his weapon at the camera (They've already done an animation like this for the Retro Jason reveal trailer, so they'd only have to add the intro with Crazy Ralph). And in Packanack he could come in and say, "I told the others, they didn't believe me. You're all doomed. You're all doomed." and then Jason would walk up behind him and strangle him with the garrote wire. For Higgin's Haven they could use Abel from part III, and he could come in holding the eyeball and say, "I found this, there were other parts of the body", after which he would be axed by Jason and the intro would continue the same with all the counselors running off. On the Jarvis Residence they could keep the intro the same just put the Banana girl from part IV in that lounge chair eating when Jason attacks. Now, my suggestion on what to do with Rob is a bit more complicated, I think on the first 2 maps (Crystal Lake and Packanack) there should be no hero to call in, since both of those films were before Jason was even known as a threat. But on Higgins Haven and Jarvis Residence, Rob Dier should replace Tommy Jarvis as the hunter in those maps. And Tommy Jarvis should only be usable as the hunter on the maps after part 4. This would make sense in the context of the films, as Tommy was only a 12 year old boy in 1984, not to mention he was only 6 in 1979. So, with the (hopefully eventual) inclusion of a Pinehurst Halfway House and Camp Forest Green, Tommy could be the character called in for help. He could even be used as the hero called in on a Shepard Retreat and S. S. Lazarus map, as his character was definitely still around (he just didn't appear in the films). For a Jason Goes To Hell Crystal Lake map, they could have Creighton Duke as the hero called in. Again like Tommy, he could even be used as the hero called in on a Shepard Retreat and S. S. Lazarus map, as his character was definitely around (he just didn't appear in the films). And finally for the upcoming Grendal map, they could have Sgt. Brodski as the hero called in to help... some have suggested Kay-Em for this role, but aside from killing the regular Jason what did she really do against Uber (not much). Where as Brodski ended up taking out Uber and saved everyone, he'd be the perfect addition for that role. Now onto my list for updates and DLC: #1: Pamela Voorhees (single player mission only) (Map: Camp Crystal Lake, 1979) Single player is the only way I think Pamela should be presented in the game, and since the developers already have her location in the game, it would make giving her a mission in the more stealth based single player an ideal place for her. #2: Part 2 Jason (single player mission and multiplayer) (Map: Packanack Lodge, 1984) Since this Jason is already available in multiplayer and his location is already in the game, all the developers will have to do is give him his own stealth mission in single player on that map, simple. #3: Part 3 Jason (single player mission and multiplayer) (Map: Higgin's Haven, 1984) Just like Part 2 Jason, everything is already in the game to be able to give this powerhouse Jason his own mission in single player, again simple #4: Part 4 Jason (single player mission and multiplayer) (Map: Jarvis Residence, 1984) Just like Part 2 and 3 Jason, everything is already in the game to be able to give this popular Jason his own mission in single player. #5: Part 5 Jason (multiplayer only) and Roy Burns (single player mission and Paranoia Mode only) (Map: Pinehurst Halfway House, 1989) Part 5 Jason would be the Jason that Tommy sees and dreams about throughout A New Beginning, as was already suggested by someone on here, this should be an alternate skin for part 4, this would give us a playable Jason from this film on the film's actual map for multiplayer. Meanwhile, just like Pamela, single player is the only way I think Roy should be presented in the game with the exception of him being used somehow in the new Paranoia mode, and if the developers add the film's location in the game, it would make giving him a mission in the more stealth based single player an ideal place for him. #6: Part 6 Jason (single player mission and multiplayer) (Map: Camp Forest Green, 1990) Much like part 2, 3, and 4 this Jason is already in the game, the developers just need to make his map available to us (which considering there is a loading screen showing this area, I don't think this is far off from actually being added). All that would be needed then would be to add a single player mission for him. #7: Part 7 Jason (single player mission and multiplayer) (Map: Shepard Retreat, 2001) Again like part 2, 3, 4, and 6, this Jason is already in the game, the developers just need to make his map available to us and then add a single player mission for him. #8: Part 8 Jason (single player missions and multiplayer) (Map: S. S. Lazarus, 2002) and (Map: Manhattan, 2002) Again, this Jason is already in the game, the developers just need to make his maps available to us and then add single player missions for him. It scares me how claustrophobic a map for the S. S. Lazarus would be in the game, and that's the very reason I'd love to see it added. #9: Part 9 Jason (single player mission and multiplayer) (Map: Crystal Lake, 2003) Again, this Jason is already in the game, the developers just need to make his map available to us and then add a single player mission for him. This Jason's mission in single player could be really cool if they made him able to kill the first counselor and then possess their body and kill the rest jumping from body to body, until the final 2 were left then he could revert to Jason again to finish them #10: Jason X Classic (single player mission and multiplayer) (Map: Camp Crystal Lake Research Facility, 2010) This Jason I believe is one of the last of the essential Jason's we need in the game for the cannon films, this location would be an easy map to design and would be a claustrophobic setting similar to the S. S. Lazarus, which would be scary fun. Some have said that the devs have no intention of putting this Jason in, but I have yet to get a confirmation of this. #11: Jason X Uber (single player mission and multiplayer) (Map: The Grendal, 2455) Since we already know now that this Jason and map is coming, they'd just need to give him his own mission in single player, this location would be another claustrophobic setting similar to the S. S. Lazarus, which again would be scary fun. For my more fun additions that I'd like to suggest, there will be some that are not cannon, that's why I listed all the must have additions first. #1: MKX Jason (single player mission and multiplayer) (Map: Abandoned Camp, 2009) Although getting the rights to Mortal Kombat X's Jason might be just as hard as the Remake, if they could get it, it could be the closest we could get to the remake version (since that version looks similar to MKX). The Abandoned Camp seems to sound like a version of the remake's location, so that map if it is included in the game would be perfect for a single player mission with this Jason. He could come equipped with the oversized machete and weapon executions based on his first Fatality, his X-Ray Fatality, and his grab Fatality from Mortal Kombat X. #2: Topps Comics Jason (multiplayer only) This DLC would be based on Jason's appearance in the Topps Comics series Jason Vs Leatherface. Should be a fairly easy Jason for them to get the rights to use, but he'd be multiplayer only... as I don't think adding a map from Texas would make sense unless they did a single player mission that features Leatherface for Jason to fight (which I don't see them doing). #3: Wildstorm Comics Jason #1 (single player mission and multiplayer) (Map: Crystal Lake, 2004) This DLC Jason would be based on his appearance in Wildstorm Comics series Freddy Vs Jason Vs Ash. I'd like to see this one included cause Jason's look in this comic was very similar to his look in Freddy Vs Jason. Again should be a fairly easy Jason for them to get the rights to use, but even though I've added the map from this comic, the single player mission would just be this comics version of Jason killing counselors at a winter version of Crystal Lake (which was the location in the comic), since I don't think they'd do a single player mission that features Freddy and Ash for Jason to fight. #4: Wildstorm Comics Jason #2 (multiplayer only) This DLC Jason would be based on his appearance in Wildstorm Comics series Friday the 13th. Again should be a fairly easy Jason for them to get the rights to use, but he'd be multiplayer only as the comic takes place in a standard Crystal Lake location, so no new map could really be associated with this one. #5: Rick from Splatterhouse (single player mission and multiplayer) This DLC could be really cool in the game, as the Rick character is directly based off of Jason. So, if they could get the rights to do this one, it'd be a nice addition. Plus they could make him with a skin swap, were his main attire is green like the original arcade game, but you can switch to the blue attire to make him look like the Splatterhouse 2 Rick. A single player mission could simply just use one of the existing maps. He could come equipped with a large 2x4 and one of his weapon executions would be swinging the board at a counselor and splattering them all over the place into a bloody puddle #6: Rick from Splatterhouse 3 (single player mission and multiplayer) This DLC just like the previous one could be really cool in the game, as again the Rick character is directly based off of Jason. So, if they could get the rights to do this one, it'd be a nice addition. In Splatterhouse 3 Rick was a super buff shirtless version with a wicked mask, which would look super cool in the game. Again a single player mission could simply just use one of the existing maps. #7: Victor Crowley from Hatchet (single player mission and multiplayer) (Map: New Orleans, 2006) This DLC would be based on Kane Hodder's other bad ass, but very similar to Jason character of Victor Crowley from the Hatchet film series. Adam Green and Kane are very close friends and Adam recently was involved in the game's Tommy Tapes, so I could easily see this one being able to get added to the game. I could especially see this one working perfectly in the game as there are several executions in the game right now that are more Crowley like then Jason (such as the Jaw Rip). If they made the multiplayer map, they could do a single player mission based on the original film. #8: Kane Hodder (multiplayer only) In this DLC it would be the real Kane Hodder in his regular plain everyday clothes wearing a pair of shades (that way he'd have something to knock off his face instead of a hockey mask or sack), by Kane's own admitting he loves getting a chance to kill lots of motherfuckers, so this way he could do it as himself. I think this would be a fitting final DLC for the game And finally, I think it would be cool if you guys added an option while customizing your Jason to choose from 3 to 4 weapons as their choice for that particular Jason (it would also make the Jason's constantly fresh, so that if you were getting bored with using a certain Jason with x weapon you'd have the option to switch it). Since this was in the game pre beta, I'm sure it would be possible to reinstate it into the current build. part 2 = 4 weapons: Pick Axe (default), Machete (all black), Spear (part 2 design), and Pitchfork (4 Tine) part 3 = 3 weapons: Axe (default), Machete (dark blood stained), and Pitchfork (6 Tine) part 4 = 3 weapons: Pig Splitter (default), Axe (same style as part 9), and Machete (blood soaked) part 6 = 3 weapons: Spear (default), Survival Knife, and Machete (grey blood stained) part 7 = 3 weapons: Machete (default), Sythe (like the one he kills Maddy with, would work exactly like the Pick Axe), and Axe (similar to part 3's default) part 8 = 3 weapons: FireAxe (default), Guitar, and Machete (shiny silver looking blade) part 9 = 3 weapons: Axe (default), Metal Sign Post (would work like the spear), and Machete (slightly aged shiny silver looking blade) Savini Jason = 2 weapons: Devil's Pitchfork (default) and Demonic Sythe (would work exactly like the Pick Axe) Jason X Uber = 2 weapons: Futuristic Machete (default) and Futuristic Axe (would work like FireAxe) And if they did add Jason X Classic = 2 weapons: Futuristic Machete (default) and Steel Rod (would work like the spear) Also, if you didn't want to make all the weapons mentioned available from the start, you could always make certain ones unlock at a certain level. What does everyone think of this idea?
