  1. I heard this a few months before it popped up on Kickstarter, I was pretty sad about the fact that they removed their game from KS but they did manage to get backing from another company so that's all well and good. I really think it has potential to take over from where Silent Hills has left, albeit it wont be a Silent Hill game (sad times). I hope the developers can do everything they want to with it an create an amazingly freaky atmosphere.
  2. Here he is, here's Bruce. Excuse his positioning, I'm redecorating.
  3. I got Until Dawn for £18 but I'm saving that until Christmas, so I can treat myself to a snow filled night playing it! Also picked up a new streaming microphone for £89.99, a Rode one. A pair of Beyerdynamic headphones for £79.99. Finally, the craziest purchase of all, a 31" 1952 DC style Batman figure. Yup.
  4. I'm redecorating my game room at the moment, it's not going to be as amazingly horror filled at yours OP but it will be christmassy and such! Will make sure I come back to this thread when it's 100% done!
  5. The first video about the Suicide Forest wasn't creepy, more heartbreaking. The second video about the Doll Island was very creepy, I don't like dolls to begin with, I'm more of a cuddly teddy bear kind of person. That would actually be my worst nightmare realised, or at least ONE of my worst nightmares.
  6. I'm always up for something like this be implemented in a game, even though I myself am not colour-blind.
  7. I came up with a good one on Twitter, that's if the head crushing kill move was implemented. Crush(ed) - Kill a female counsellor by crushing her head. Crush... female... get it? Ha. I will leave now.
  8. Hello and welcome to the forum! I love dogs, own a West Highland Terrier myself. She will be 10 years old this coming Sunday, they grow up so quickly!
  9. Hello and welcome to the forum! That looks amazing, wow!
  10. I ordered this today, just over £18 on sale which I didn't think was too bad. Wont have the game room redecorated until close to Christmas so I will most likely be playing this over my Christmas break. I hope it snows, then I will feel one with the game!
  11. I've played Zombie Army 1 & 2 on PC and I loved it, it was a nice twist on the zombie genre. Especially when you've run out of pistol and MP40 ammo and all you have left it a few trip wires and your sniper rifle - zombies at that point have never been so terrifying. Ramping up the zombie count as far as it goes and only have either yourself or a second player makes for an entertaining and curse word filled few hours.
  12. I'm always very wary about who I pledge money to on Kickstarter, so far I've been lucky but I know a few friends who have been stung over the last year or so.
  13. PSN: x-Kohaku XBL (hardly on it): AmbaLaBamba Steam: AmbaLaBamba92 Origin: AmbaLaBamba
  14. I like this. I support this. It might be worth adding a Suggestions section relating to the forum, just in case anymore of these ideas pop up or people feel the need to suggest something to make the forum better for other browser users etc.
  15. I'm going to be purchasing some time in the new year with the purpose of streaming it on Twitch, it should make for an interesting playthrough as I've not played past the first hour or so, if that. I love games in which the decisions you make effect the gameplay in numerous ways and the fact that you are able to kill off characters in this is fantastic. My first playthrough will most certainly be me trying to keep everyone alive, though I know something will catch me off guard and I will make a mistake just as I did with Heavy Rain and one of the male characters in that. As for a sequel I don't necessarily mean with the same characters, a new storyline would also be great but with the same game mechanics. @Ralph - I've yet to play SOMA, it's on my to purchase list. I got a lot of PR emails etc about it during the run up to release and it seemed like an interesting game. I've not played through Amnesia yet myself, I kept stopping due to the creepy atmosphere and little jump scares here and there. I really should finish it and then purchase SOMA.
  16. Just looking for people who does either streaming or podcasting in their spare time, or maybe even full time. Share your thoughts on streaming or podcasting, share your favourite equipment to use and if you like some tips and tricks.
  17. As this forum is going to be primarily horror themed, I thought I'd bring up this particular game as it follows the genre. I myself haven't played it yet, though I have tried it at a friends for an hour or so, but I wanted to get a discussion going. I love these types of games, similar to Heavy Rain and Beyond: Two Souls, I seemed to become more immersed in their worlds and actually make (or at least try) decisions which hopefully will have the better outcome (at least the first time playing). Without too many spoilers; what did you like about the game, what did you dislike and do you think it deserves a sequel?
