  1. If Morph into Stalk wasn't as obvious I would never be prepared when Jason appears. Jason players that pay attention to the distance really get you. I remember one time I was walking through the backdoor of Jarvis house. I stunned Jason on the left side with all the cabins after Morph and I got shift grabbed out of nowhere. He must've waited for the recharge and Morphed behind that lower building with Stalk and shifted at me. I only saw Static once only when I was grabbed! Despite how strong Stalk can be you still got four options. Go back to see him/hit him, use a Flaregun to see if he's there, stick with a buddy, or wait indoors. Still 150 Jason players don't often expect the unexpected. Like if you hit Jason just out of his Shift in a chase and getaway they'll likely deactivate Sense and use Stalk. When you make it to another building that's your time to Approach and see. That is if they are saving Morph for trap punishes. Jason can also be going crazy spamming abilities to keep you in sight. Differentiate the Jason playstyle it's important.
  2. @FridayThe31st That's not true. You would get a tell playing as Counselor even with morph. You have to be outside of a certain distance for it to be effective.
  3. I was recently figuring out on how to use Stalk more effectively. Basically I was rewatching an Old Match and while repairing the phone Jason hit me with a Throwing knive out of nowhere putting me in limp. I realized that if you Activate Stalk outside of a Counselor's Static Range then approach it's unpredictable. Basically I think the Distance for that is just outside of Jason's Music/Sense Radius but also they can't see you. So if a Counselor is looking your direction they can sometimes see you Morph even though you are really far away. Also using the Shutters on buildings while you approach prevents them from screaming out. I was practically approaching people that had no idea I was there the other day so I think this little blurb might be helpful. 1 Activate Stalk from outside of Normal Sense Range. Morphing just far enough away where they can't hear you. It's better to try it with a running Jason. 2 Run up to the building look for Closed Windows or Shutters. Hide behind them! Remembering where they are from earlier in the round helps too. This way your music doesn't play on the Approach. 3 Wait to see if they leave or open the door. If they truly didn't expect you they'll be playing like normal so they just run into you most of the time. There was no Static or Scream to warn them at all!
  4. Honestly I only hate rage quitters when they leave the game near the car and Jason just grabs me instead. I don't like teamers more because I can't play my game the whole time. If people leave it doesn't affect your Wiped out all Counselors score.
  5. If you run Spatial Awareness your character sees Jason on the Minimap from further away. It also makes him last Longer after Shift. It's only really useful for Stealth Characters I stopped using it but I found it useful for AJ. That way you can always stay outside of Jason's Sense range if you know the Distance. If you hear Jason's music he can see you on Sense. If you don't hear Jason's music he can't see you unless your fear is up.
  6. You get more use with 20% and Thickskin than you would get with 17% and thickskin. I regret removing one of my 20% because it didn't fully heal me after two traps anymore.
  7. If you click X and R2 at the same time while calling Tommy Jarvis you can call it infinitely lol
  8. Ok looking it up Play on Jason gameplay 2.0 meant that it was their second playthrough. What he was playing was the singleplayer story challenges. Honestly the lighting in those videos are better than normal for some reason but y'know. There is a story mode in the Singleplayer section
  9. I thought they nerfed it. If I use the perk with other no Minimum value drawbacks I get higher fear, lower stamina recharge, and faster stamina drain. It's almost like the Double fear they added in a private match lol. Although I've been killed in two hits too after a bear trap from a non weapon strength Jason with Thickskin.
  10. I rerolled Legendary Speed Demon 4 times before I got the full legendary bonus. It took like a whole year of figuring it out but it was worth it.
  11. I feel like at Max Level 150 it'll usually gives you one after 10,000 CP in rolls. You gain around 10,000 CP after 3 full level ups at Level 150. Otherwise if you are low level it's better to get Jason kills than Perks. As the CP you gain leveling up on lower levels is 3X lower. The way I do it though for Luck is to place Max Value perks on my Character and roll on the one character. Some perks are always at Max Value like Teamwork and Friendship while others are lowered. I don't recommend using modified Perks for this for example Base My Dad's a Cop was 30% but now it's 25%. If you use the 25% it won't give you a Legendary drop. Different characters drop different legendary perks like LaChappa drops Legendary Speed Demon and Victoria drops Legendary Ice Cold. Experiment with your rolls on different characters till you get all the perks you want. Not all legendary perks are max value but you should wait till the perks don't have a weakness.
  12. I'm rewatching old videos and I shot Jason and immediately got out of the Building after a Flaregun. I miss that since it changed after the engine update. Also if you get smacked out when you miss you are guaranteed to get slashed to death
  13. At launch the game was really scary. You often died and there was nothing to stop Jason. Still I managed to survive the night the first day vs a Part 7 who was the worse at the time lol. 9/10 I played consistently the next year trying to get the Achievements. I had alot of fun times and cool escapes always looking for an even harder challenge. 8/10 The best period was when Friday the 13th released on PlayStation plus in 2018? I played with all of my friends and rented out a local arcade to play 8 players on my birthday. 10/10 After that I played the game competitively for a whole year practically in 2019. It was really tough and fun. I learned alot about the Meta aka Part 3 Jason, Vanessa, Chad, and Fox. 8/10 There are alot of times where I took a break to play other games and I haven't played it yet in 2020 but I will return to it someday!
  14. You don't need exactly 8 luck to restart a car after a stun. I had Kenny do it to me after a pocket knive before! If I were to make a character though It would be like 7 Composure 6 Stamina 7 Luck 6 Stealth 2 Repair. 3 Strength 4 Speed I actually don't like the Strength Stat but if it's a guy character Strength has to be good.
  15. The car slides farther the higher fear a counselor has. So if Jason hasn't really seen one counselor if that counselor starts the Car they'll be in a bigger advantage even with +Shift. If you are at high fear Shift to stop the car is almost always guaranteed. The thing is though with -Shift if you stop it and they restart it afterwards with a pocket knive you'll be done for. But a good Jason can still trap the car door before grabbing you from the window after a stop.
  16. The best advantages together for Jason mostly unreleased +Stun Resistance +Throwing Knives You throw Knives instantly out of stun +Shift +Traps Lol good luck running away +Can Run +Stalk +Destruction You get completely randomly obliterated +Waterspeed +Morph Lol gg ez boat If they were to add Another Playstyle for some Jasons that would be cool Part 8 with +Morph instead Part 3 with quick knives after stuns A perfectly sneaky ghost Part 2 Part 9 with tons of traps, +shift, and grip strength instead
  17. This other one from the other day. Luckily the person couldn't run me over when I was inside the Pinehurst main lodge and Jason couldn't find me. Usually if I get teamed against I just hope I'm Jason next. I actually took this Jason build now I run part 7 with the meat cleaver lol
  18. @RustInPeaceNot everything good Jason players do are exploits. The players have really strong fundamentals. The only exploits I don't like are the ones that ruin the advantageous mechanics of the game playing as a counselor. Mainly the car destruction knive flipping and instant hiding spot checks. Plus it is done through combat stance so Jason loses Sense and Stalk whenever he double taps a door. Counselors can still just go under a one sided bed and become invincible. @Redrum138 Doubletapping block is also stupid but you get the same result mashing the attack button on block.
  19. PC runs at 60 fps and PS4 and Xbox runs at 30 fps though
  20. Yooo you can Edit Jason's moveset in a Private Match now???? For real??? That's really cool to be honest. Also no more getting stuck as Jason yay
  21. I made a Tierlist! I think LaChappa is the worst overall. Buggzy, Mitch, and Jenny are also pretty bad.
  22. @bryanp3692 Honestly I don't think Tourneys are worth playing right now. If you wanna get started you can get into a League Team. The rules are easier to follow one match per week. I recommend the F13 Uprising League on PS4. If you do well in League Play you'll do well in Tournament play too. It'll definitely be interesting because you'll be playing really good players on a near daily basis. I got into a Team because one of my PSN friends wanted me on their team. But they quit too so I left after the league ended. I recommend League over Tourneys for a more enjoyable experience.
  23. Twice as many maps There's only 7 right now but a Map and a Small Map from every movie would be really cool, 24 maps. And the killing Jason options are harder if the Jason plays on their Map. Way more kills for Jason and easier execution better lighting for Kills universally. Jason doesn't just bring a Camera crew he brings a Lighting crew. Instead of having more Counselors there's an edit-a-counselor option and more Dialogue like "I found the Keys!" or the main counselors have unique dialogue when meeting others. Leaderboards and more Stats are Traced on another website instead of just in game. I would also like it if there was an enclosed Area that you can Access as a Counselor that Jason can only access after killing all the other Counselors in the Camp. Counselors can sitdown on chairs, hug the walls, go prone but Jason can instantly kill them if he finds them in these positions. Maybe Jason has a Second remixed theme when the Mask falls off and Stun music to Transition it more smoothly. Like Part 6 in the soundtrack has an ok Theme but there's also another Part 6 Theme that's more intense.
