That kill should only work if the window is on the second floor. However people can also die by climbing through a broken window while injured, not very realistic either. Maybe the window kill can have a quick head bash against the wall before throwing them out.

Jason should slam the window down on their head and cause it to shatter instead.

I don't care how silly it looks it's effective if people are near window and I need a quick kill.

It actually does need to be fixed, it's stupid to die, from an open window, that makes no type of sense.

I agree. If the window is broken, or even shut, I understand. But an open, unbroken window should not result in a death. It's just a lazy animation that doesn't care about the state of the window.

Agree this needs to be fixed however I would like it to go one step further.

Upstairs window = instakill

Downstairs window = should be an injury event (unless the player is already injured in which case you can get the install-kill).  By making this an injury event, rather than an insta-kill, it would add realism.  At the same time it potentially provides the counselor with an escape from a cheap kill, and Jason an opportunity to play with his prey before a final brutal kill.
