Equipment options?

You should be able to start a game with a map automatically without sacrificing a perk slot. Also you should be able to start with a pen knife, or atleast more things should spawn around the map. It's rediculous when you spawn around a crap area and instantly get killed. I know it makes sense to have jason be as overpowered as he is, but at the end of the day, it's still a game
