Hey, I will be explaining some changes I'd like to the police escape plan.

Two escaped or dead players will spawn as the police.

A: One police rescues the councilers while the other waits in the car to drive to a location not so far ahead of the camp.

B: Both police escort the survivors to the police place, then they will all successfully escape after they are driven. (Whoever is in the actual radius).

A bot will drive them to the escape.

C: Both police drive the survivors to the escape.

D: Police cars roam the camp, picking up survivors and dropping them off at the escape. (My favourite)

Jason can also destroy these cars, but it is a more resistant car, people can suggest ideas for the car destroying thing.

 

Helicopter / Car Idea.

Either a helicopter or two cars will spawn, cars were explained before, but now I will explain the helicopters job.

Two dead or escaped people are chosen, One driver and one person who helps out. This helper can stun jason with his gun (Mentioned below)

so the others can get on the helicopter. This can leave at any time, making escape not that dangerous as the cars. If the helicopter lands, Jason can drive the flyer out of the helicopter and kill them. This makes hovering in the air vital. Throwing knifes do not effect the helicopters, as there are doors. 

 

Police loadout: Police Uniform, pistol with 4 bullets. These bullets shake Jason and push him back a little or can remove his sprint for a limited time, on where shot. The leg is the most effective, the head can knock him out (Small chance) etc. These police are also suspectible to composure.

Your idea is very good! but i don't think that the 2 cars and helicopter will be possible i mean, this is Friday the 13th is there already 2 cars you imagine 4 cars in one small map?! and 1 helicopter is too crazy........ too much crazy we are talking from a camp in a town not New York, local cops doesn't have helicopters xD but the idea of 2 or 1 player being a cop can actually be possible :D i always thinked that the fact that the cops don't enter to the camp and stay outside is kinda stupid xD

Ok thanks, do you agree with one of the cops driving the others to safety of they both rescue the survivors and bring them to the car? Or maybe just one eight seater car?

I agree with people coming back as cops but they can't escape until they are the only ones left. They also only spawn once the cops are called

A bit of a tricky situation.  I want the cops to remain as a guaranteed way to escape by foot as long as you can reach them rather than another vehicle that Jason can wreck and prevent escaping (as it is it's hard enough with Jason camping the exit, you generally have to fight your way out), I mean as it is, the cops are a 5 minute timer (without perks) during which most of the counselors will die.  even though it's possible with a bad Jason that literally everyone escapes via cops, most times the cops result in 1-2 people being able to make it, with everyone else dying during the 5 minute wait or getting caught while Jason camps the exit.

So I think in general the cops should stay unchanged, although the idea about 2 dead or escaped players returning as Uniformed police officers with guns is not a bad idea (though it'd probably just be 1 shotgun each, along with a baton stunning melee weapon when they fire their shot).  The idea about them being unable to escape until they're the last ones is also good.  They can deal with a camping Jason however they're also at risk to dying.  Letting Jason get potentially 10 kills in a match.

This could encourage not triple trapping the phone if a Jason is confident in the ability to score some extra kills on the cops and as we've seen, cops have been killed by Jason in parts 2, 6, 8, 9, Freddy vs Jason and the 2009 remake, and Jason X killed a squad of armed space marines.

It's a risk.. could get 10/10.. but those 2 cops can also protect a lot of people and get everyone out.

Cops would be 5 in all stats like Kenny.

Only other thing I'd like to see changed about the police escape is a 15-30s delay between calling and Jason being notified that they've been called if the fixer made no mistakes.

As it is now your reward for making no mistakes and triggering the cops coming to rescue you is.... a beacon that tells Jason right where you are and he morphs to you immediately after the call and tunnels you to get revenge for opening an escape route for other people.  High repair counselors are all slow and have low stamina so they won't be that far away by the time Jason morphs.  Quite a few times now I've called the cops as Deb and immediately had an angry shit talking Jason tunneling me.  Yay I got 100xp for saving everyone else's butt but got tunneled to death myself (cause you know, I had to use a pocket knife on his trap, and a phone fuse .. so I had maybe 1 other item in my pocket, and it's on CCL map all the way on the western side where it's a lot of open ground and only 1 cabin with flimsy doors that can't be barricaded to regen stamina in, and a boathouse without any way to shut Jason out at all)

I Hate Spectate I think has the best compromise.  There should absolutely be a non destroyable foot escape path if the police arrive, and if you could get there.  Although two cops spawning at the police exit and being able to go in and help the counselors try to get out would be interesting.

For a weapon I'd say equip them with a standard .38 police revolver.  Six bullets.  Right hold cocks the gun and brings it up to fire.  Left mouse fires.  the gun would use a smaller aiming reticle than the shotgun or flare gun.  One hit would cause Jason to drop a counselor or cause him to stagger back a bit.  A second shot within a two second window of the first will drop him on his back for a stun.  If the second shot misses in that window an additional shot will only stun him.  Jason is in-stunnable (although can be knocked back or forced to drop a counselor) from bullets for 30 seconds after being stunned.  The police can drop the gun to pick up a melee weapon, counselors can pick up the pistol from a dead cop.

 

The questions I have though is would the additional two players make it too difficult for Jason?  I've also had a few rounds where the police were called before anyone died.  What happens then?  Do they just que up with Tommy Jarvis?  If Jason kills a cop near counselors, or if counselors stumble on the body of a cop I would maybe recommend their fear levels immediately go to max to balance the two extra combat oriented players.  Also it would make some sense, if this guy or gal who is a trained law enforcement officer got butchered what hope does the 18 year old camp counselor have?

I don't think this game could balance well with people who have multiple ranged stuns at their disposal, 1 ranged stun each with a backup melee weapon would be better.
