I have compiled a more detailed analysis of Jason's stats. These are based off of observations from watching gameplay videos. They are only estimations but are accurate enough to see the differences in Jason's stats. The stat analysis is not yet complete due to lack of available information and testing. If you have anything to add or correct PM or comment and i will make changes and additions as the information becomes available.

Help welcomed. Here are a few things anyone can test.

  • Weapon Strength: number of hits to kill a counselor
  • HP: amount of damage to knock of Jason's mask (my analysis: WPN DMG x PLYR STR x # of HITS)
  • Water Speed: water speed (haven't had time to estimate, test as you please)
  • Defense: percentage of chance to block attack (number of hits to blocks, test as you please)

Test any stat as you please and provide feedback to help provide a complete stat page for Jason. Hope this helps.

I have noticed that some of the strengths and weakness don't reflect very accurately to the actual stats.

Good idea either way. Hopefully we can get some of this stuff filled in.

If they don't change up any of the strengths/weaknesses of the Jasons. Like giving Part 2 Stalk instead of Morph as a strength and giving Part 8 Morph instead of Stalk as a strength. Then Part 4 Jason really should have something like this.

Part 4

Strengths

- Can Run

- Destruction

- Stalk

Weaknesses

- Morph

- Shift

- Sense

Weapon - Cleaver

Optional Weapons (DLC or Update)

- Corkscrew, Axe, Machete, etc

One of the running Jasons should ABSOLUTELY have Stalk as a strength. If you want to swap out destruction for water speed with Part 4, im fine with that too, unless the boat becomes a permanent fixture on maps, instead of a random chance. Then Part 4 Jason makes the most sense having water speed as a strength.

That's the plan. It's hard to calculate distance of a shift because rarely does anyone shift in a straight line or where there are enough landmarks like fences to get an accurate number. I don't have a dedicated team to test myself just videos and personal play experiences

But the regen times and durations are good and show some of the clear differences between Jason's. 

If we get some community involvement I'm sure we can fill in the gaps and get a complete stat page for Jason.

I can help you test some of this stuff. We can get a "scale" set up for distances and whatnot. What platform are you on?

Unfortunately not. PC and Xbox One here. Either way, we can figure it all out. Assuming a car is about 8-10 feet long, it'll be easy to create a scale. Like some Jasons can easily shift 80-100 if that's the case...

If you can get a group together and test that would be great. I'll update the stats at the info comes in and do what I can to get more info. 

I know distance for sure is a factor in sense now because I was playing with part 3 and wasn't seeing anything. But, after taking a few steps forward  a house lit up in the distance. Now I just got to figure out a good way to scale distance. Especially since my games aren't in controlled environments.

I kind of don't like how that while some Jasons can have the same strength or weakness(Part 8 and 9 both having + Stalk), the values are different for both of them. I think they should simplify it and make it uniform. If a Jason has +Stalk, it will always be the same time, perhaps determinate on the speed(running Jasons using it up faster if they are running makes sense, but slow walking would be the same). The same for everything else, if a Jason has + or - Shift, the values should be the same between them. It makes it easier to keep track of for the dedicated player.

Sugestion about Shift:
Instead of "speed" we can mark a distance from some point and mark on the map the start and end of the shift.

On my next match as Jason, I'll try to measure the distance Jason takes from a sign at the corner of the road and mark where he ends.
Then I'll send the screenshots and we'll figure out a way to turn that into measure of distance.

However, we'll already have the marks on the map to use as a percentage reference between a Jason with Shift Strength Bonus/ Default and with Weakness at this skill.
