Jason Talents (or lack of changing)

As players get more and more levels, they will get better and better perks and find ways to maximize characters. Jason just gets new ways to kill People.

it would be cool if the game could let Jason pick/tweet perks based total average level of counselors.

At some point as players get better, and get better perks, the game will just get harder for Jason. something like If the average counselor level is 20, Jason gets 1 perk, if average level is 30, He gets 2 perks. 

Then have perks be something basic like (first stun doesn't last as long, or can trigger sense quicker every so often. )  Nothing amazing, but something to give some variety so players won't know what to expect.
