Ok, so how many different kills are in the game total?

I remember seeing over all what seems like about 30-40. Which seems extremely impressive.... But I'm wondering about the details and specifics. I'm sorry for my ignorance but I haven't followed the game as much as you all.

 

I remember seeing Jason slam a girls head in a door in a early trailer.(is this one still in the game?) A water kill. Putting someone's head in the toilet. 

 

So how many variations to do we get exactly? And how does it work? Can a diff Jason do different stuff? Have some kills been cut? 

 

also really hope the door head kill is still in their lol.

I don't think there is an exact number. However, each Jason having their own kills; each map has their own kills. We can definitely expect some beautiful variaty!

1. Fireplace

2. Window

3. Toilet

4. Outhouse/Cabinet

5. Bed

6. Head Punch

7. Axe to the Shoulder / Decapitation

8. Pitchfork through the Head

9. Drowning

10. Eye Gouge

14. Head slammed in door

15. Head crushed against wall

16. Ax in the crotch 

17. Spear through the head

18. Ax throw to head

19. Ax uppercut 

20. Cuts off arms and machete to the head

Here's a few I've seen Jason do.

Non-environment Kills
21. Choke down to knees and shoves machete down the face
22. Head squeeze
23. Punches Head Off
24. Knock Down, Axe to Stomach, then to the neck/shoulder
25. Axe Decapitation
26. Axe to shoulder, they fall to all fours, decapitation follows.
27. Likely the Pitchfork impalement and lift from the earlier vids
28. Chops off both arms with the axe while standing then decapitates
29. Curb Stomp
30. Punches a hole through the chest
31. Knock down to all fours, pulls arm, grabs under chin and rips head off.
32. Grabs inside upper and lower mouth and tears it off.
33. Jason goes beastmode with the axe and delivers several rapid strikes to the front while standing, they collapse, and he walks behind for the decapitation
34. Pickaxe to the face, twist the head off.
35. Headbutt into a stagger and pickaxe to the face
36. Gorilla Press and slams on the head
37. Picks off and gives a back breaker over the knee from hell.
38. Spear planted into ground and a slow shoving of the head on it.
39. Devs have also teased a spear kill where you knock down the person and Jason spears them through the mouth, and they lay there gurgling and dying slowly.
40. A simple gut stab with a machete
41. Machete to the throat and then pretty much a split to the pelvis.
42. Pick up and impale head on tree
43. Knock down, pickaxe to the back of the head.

Environmental
44. Chokeslam on a tree stump and crack em over the head with a giant stone slab.
45. Slams face into the side of the cabin and stomps on the mid-back.

I may be mistaken but I'm pretty sure the devs said they had kane perform around 400 kills but some of them just wouldn't make it. I think it was on one of the pax panels.

I removed that from my list a bit ago. Also took off the chin axe uppercut with the rip as someone put axe uppercut earlier I missed. Technically the same. :P

You missed 21 and dove straight into 22. But seeing as you did 35 twice, it came out right in the end. Aces.

Hahaha. I can only imagine if BoB had left you in charge of the countdown. "It's been 16 days till launch for three days now!!" says a hypothetical user who probably uses a Wrestling meme to call you out and whose name ryhmes with "That prude spot."

We may have covered most of what's in the vids and that was in the beta. We may be stuck around here until we get a little more playtime in.

I've honestly lost track at this point. I know they mentioned 100 but I'm wondering if it'll be even more than that. I think there were some mo-caps for the single player alone.

Not like it really matters, until they change  the system that makes it so, there's no difference from triggering one kill animation from another. 99% of players as I seen in the beta will just spam #1 the chock kill, because it's the quickest and most efficient. I think most of us will attempt the cooler looking kills for the first few days, but once we get past the WOW what a cool kill feeling, it will just turn right back into the #1 neck choke button mash, it was in beta.
