THIS TOPIc IS About The Game Friday the 13th and hidden books in the cabin camp ground. where does HEMAN TOYS Fit in for this topic.

Technically they are Masters of the Universe toys. MotU came up when Ralph made a comment to you that made me think of Hordak. Evil leader of the Horde.  Where would it fit in here? Well maybe if we read some occult lore in some of those hidden books, we can find the spell that makes a breach to Eternia and Etheria and Skeletor, Hordak, Beast Man, Trap Jaw and the rest can come and sing Christmas carols to Jason to distract him while somebody fixes the mother fucking phone line. I just hope it isn't that daft ass Tiffany.

Lmao Fisto. There were def. some serious innuendos going on. When sheera came around, she had a best friend with a heart on his chest with a pornstar mustache with rainboed lmao

You're talking about Bo. My neighbor had that one. You could push a button on his back and his heart would beat or some shit. But yeah, innuendo out the ass.

And to keep it in line with the topic so thread spammin' D doesn't get mad, Maybe there could be some dirty magazines hidden in the occult lore books and Skeletor could be the centerfold. That way we can make boner puns.

if your an atheist you shouldnt make fun of others for beliving in the spiritual. also making fun of someone elses sexual orientation is uncalled for. i simply tried to keep the conversation going about journals and books that could be found in crystal lake cabins.i understand thats not in the movies.sometimes branching out in a new story adds to the franchise.

OK while I enjoyed reminiscing about He-man and the masters of the universe let's try to gravitate back to the topic if you are going to continue to add to this thread.

what about a hidden voorhees family book of shadows hidden in jasons shack.the voorhees book contains incasecond-from-the-left-you-can-t-miss-her.ntations to embalm heads to be oracles.NOTICE THE CORPSE THAT HAS DECAYED BEYOND RECOGNITION BESIDE THE OTHER BODIES ON JASONS ALTAR.

THINK ABOUT IT A SECRET VOORHEES FAMILY OCCULT BOOK.THAT GIVES YOU POWERS LIKE JASON.

Bro, all of these ideas are brilliant and we need this in the game. There could be all kinds of magic books that let you cast spells or magically reveal he location of super awesome powerful items that u could attack Jason with, like u could have a hidden room down a mine shaft 30 miles under the ground that has shurikens that u could throw at Jason that would temporarily remove his magic powers.

I was also thinking about the lack of animals in the game and since its liek night time there wouldnt be any birds so maybe there could be bats and you could get bit by a bat and maybe as a conselor you could turn into a vampire if you read the right book and did a spell after u got bit by a bat and could fight jason as a vampire or maybe jason could also be a vampire.

well the vampire thing is taking it way out of the feel of friday the 13th. but you are starting to see that more occultism is what this game needs. NO WHAT THE HELL IS WRONG WITH YOU PEOPLE. WHY CANT YOU SEE WHAT IM SAYING. THIS IS A SERIOUS POST. WAIT A MINUTE THINGS ARE GETTING OUT OF CONTROL.PEOPLE ARE FLIPPING OUT BECAUSE THEY HAVE NO IMAGINATION.

Ok vampires might be taking it too far but there could be like ghosts or demons that u could summon that would haunt the cabins and like spook out the counselors or maybe even jason is afraid of ghosts so he would be afraid too and then u would have to fight the ghosts ... and the dead players could play the ghost characters and do scary things like turn the lights off/on and move objects or say creepy things ... and then communing with the spirits would be the key to killing jason once and for all and rapping him in the pits of hell like you could open a crack in the earth that leads to hell and throw jason in there and then seal it up with the help of the ghosts and then he couldnt get out of hell

I never said I was an atheist. I'm not making fun of you for believing in the spiritual. I was making jokes about how your idea doesn't fit into the game. I suppose to look at it like this. The developers are making a game that is the core Jason experience. Teens being chased through the woods by a killer. Simple and effective premise.

You're New Lining it up with the leprechauns and space (even though a Jason X skin/map would be a nice change of pace and lore accurate...technically.) stuff. I'm going to guess, but the average F13 fan prefers less demon hands dragging Jason to hell while UFO spotlights catch the whole thing and more axes to the head.

And who made fun of your sexual orientation?

OK while I enjoyed reminiscing about He-man and the masters of the universe let's try to gravitate back to the topic if you are going to continue to add to this thread.

Fine, fine.  Thanks for letting us have our fun.

^BWAHAHAHAHAHHA! boner puns. good one. dammit ive reached my quota for positive quotes today!

Same. I never knew such a thing existed.

WAIT A MINUTE , THIS THREAD HAS BECOME DANGEROUS AND IS SPIRALING OUT OF CONTROL.

You're just now realizing this?

And with that, I'm bowing out. This thread gets my gold star for most fun I've had on the site.

My question is...why the hell everytime someone "opposingly comments, ridicules, sacastic remarks, etc" about someones obviously ridiculous thread or reply(and Im not just referring to Darrin here) they are the ones to get warned or said something to, while the people who are really out of control in the first place get a pass time and time again. Its like this shit is encouraged around here. If I was a new member to this forum, Id take a look at the first 4 or 5 pages of this site and be like...WHO ARE these people?! They dont know SHIT about Jason. Hell ill probably get a warning for this comment the way this forums going. Everyone with even a bit of knowledge knows this stuff has NOTHING to do with Jason or the game. Yet we have threads about spook books, vampires, spaceflying and bullshit popping up. True its their opinion but the shits just wrong. But noooo...others are wrong instead for mocking or calling out the bullshit.

I feel the same. I literally have no idea what is going on with all this. The ideas I guess could be called "creative" but don't fit with anything at all with the game or the franchise in my opinion.

what if they added ninja weapons tot he game like katana, nunchuka, sai, etc, then u could really be cool and fight the jason and or he could be the ninja instead

this thread is beyond weird. Books that give u spells? sorry that just sounds like the original diablo game to me but doesnt resemble Friday the 13th what so ever.

fans can only produce good ideas.

all our ideas are good.

"Fans" often come up with the worst ideas. See Rob Zombie and Halloween.

None of the screenwriters of the original series were horror fans...they followed the blueprint and conventions of the slasher movie formula and were successful.

The development team are horror fans, but they are following the blueprint and conventions of the slasher movie formula.

See a pattern here? This is why the beta was very warmly received and why the game will be a success. They followed it to a tee. As much as video game mechanics allows anyhow.

There's a line between being ''creative'' and ''common sense''.

When the beta of the game came out and peoples played it,we got a pretty good idea at what vision the developpers had in mind for the game.

From what we have seen, the devs are trying to focus more toward a more simplish kind of slasher/survivors kind of experience and put as less supernatural elements as possible.

The only thing that is supernatural is the zombie variants of Jason that's all,no spirits,no spellcasting and no otherwordly stuffs.

I know I'm just flattered y'all love me

Darrins idea belongs in Friday the 13th TV series not the films or game!
