No, there will not be a new forum for The Texas Chain Saw Massacre. We have an Official Subreddit for the game, found at https://www.reddit.com/r/TXChainSawGame/ where we will interact with the community just as we would on a forum.

As for the rest of your questions, it is too early to discuss these details, but I would suggest keeping an eye on the official game channels and website (https://www.TXChainSawGame.com/) for news.

That’s unfortunate, I looked forward to you launching a new forum or repurposing this one. Reddit doesn’t build a community the way a forum does. I think forums are undervalued today, they’re loud but under the noise there’s value to be found.

I was looking forward to all the faqs and speculation, guess I’ll just watch YouTube for that and hope it gets decent coverage over the competition.

I Have to agree i would rather have another forum for Gun interactive's new game.

But it probably costs more money to maintain a forum.

If it were a pay to join forum it would be cool cause it would keep trolls and duplicate accounts from spreading.

Id pay 20.00 dollars to join a Gun interactive forum as long as it is a one time fee.

Maybe a good incentive package like 45.00 dollars to join the forum and then receive extras like advice and a rare dlc map.

I feel the same way.

Interactions on a forum may seem old school, but there's a certain appeal that Reddit doesn't capture.

I'll keep tabs on the development of this game, and make a decision by launch day if I'll consider purchasing or not.
