Does double tapping really still exist?

Since the patch, I have not been able to do it on or off host. My friend said it works off host but I had no luck, could anyone conform if it is still possible to do?

i've been discussing this with some league players i run with, they said it's the same inputs as before but only works off host, i haven't had any luck myself doin it though. i have seen them work around it, not sure why i can't do it anymore but oh well i guess

Go watch any of GreenDragons competitive matches on YouTube. Double Tapping is possible off host but not on host. Knife cancelling is possible both on and off host but easier off host.
