How could he have possibly known?

Why is bill gates so concerned with population control?

Is the Wuhan lab manufacturing viruses?

This needs to be investigated.

@F134Ever86, this among other things needs an investigation.

I hope every person here is doing well in the midst of this troubling time.

Honestly, the chances of dying of that disease are VERY LOW

 World estimated population    7,713,468,000
Confirmed cases        2,501,156
Recovered    659,732
Deaths     171,810

Do your math, the infodemic have f*&6ed economics for the next 20 years or so, so your chances for getting killed in a violent way (which is implied with economical issues) are waaaaay higher than whats attributed (because there are LOTS of disinformation) to coronavirus

We're hoping communication and teamwork will improve going forward. Misinformation can be a problem at times.

If things take a turn for the worse, I'm implementing Resident Evil and Walking Dead protocols.

Hopefully everyone is enjoying the quality time with family.

According to the presser today, sunlight, humidity and isoproply alcohol are effective at killing the virus.

Pffff....fk the news, virus and prions are in the center of a debate, because they can't be considered "alive" for our current standards, yes they are composed of organic molecules (and viruses are way more complex than prions) but BOTH lacks a metabolism (and a "body" so to speak), both require body hosts to take over in order to acquire a metabolism (like bacteria or higher life forms cells), in fact medications currently available to treat diseases caused by those molecules target the process they modify while they are INSIDE a host, if the virus or prion is "on the wild", you use antiseptic like chlorine or iodine to "decompose" the structure of the organic molecules that compose the virus or the prion, which in turn reduces its capacity to adhere (this is known also as "binding") to a cellular membrane with the right receptor on it's surface (prions have other mechanisms but also use receptors in a degree), now sunlight does not kill as is, sunlight high energy weaves affect all chemical bindings to a degree (organic and inorganic) forcing it to change (note that depending on the stability of the molecule that change will eventually take place, it just take longer) then the change in an organic system may lead to a critical alteration in the function of that molecule, interfering with the process it is involved and thus may lead to stopping the whole process, if that is tied to a living organism it may lead to it's death.

That's a fallacy, it affects everyone, only people with a weakened status for another medical condition gets higher chances to die, but within the next 4 years were all getting exposed, to make this point  (and if you have the means) run some blood tests in you and your family or close people looking for H1N1 antibodies (yeap that flu strain that make the world tremble back in 2003 but is not the only flu strain that's been doing a mess in the last 20 years), and I bet at least 50% will be positive, meaning at least 50% of you got exposed to the pathogen (I suppose I can explain how immune system work but may be boring)

False.

@VLK, it you want to start a topic about the inner workings of the immune system, I'd be open to reading it.

Ah Immune system can be very complex or very simple depending on how much you want to suffer understanding it, simple story immune system work by exposure, you get exposed to the pathogen, at first immune system won't be able to fight it because it knows shit about it (this part depend on numerous factors as the pathogen virulence, required inoculation amount and the state of the immune system of the organism affected), and immune cells will die in the process, those dead immune cells will leave chemical clues about whatever kills them (that process is know as antigen exposure or presentation), most of the time those clues are worthless ((that's why it takes a while for a full immune reaction) but when a useful tip is found within those clues a specialized cell strain start spreading the message so they can coordinate a response named antibodies, those antibodies block the proteins in the specific receptors exposed by the corpses of the first immune cells that encountered it, and also distribute the message to all the specialized strain, once the antibodies attach to a pathogen protein it is marked for termination by another specialized strain that is now able to recognize it and attack it (I must mention that a targeted attack is different from an nonspecific attack as in the initial exposition to the pathogen, also it's chances to be successful are a lot higher but the pathogen may fight back) and then the immune reaction start in all it's extent.

With that in mind I'll explain later how a vaccine works and why it may took a while until they get a working vaccine, in the meantime I'll play in the xbox

The only reliable source could be the patients medical chart history, because the term "healthy" is very misleading, specially because the more time you live the more probable you get a disease (infection / degeneration of tissue / acquired malfunction / inherited / etcetcetc)
