@Latcholay, More than likely, the dedicated servers will shut down before the lawsuit is settled (lawsuit will probably go on until Miller or Cunnigham passes away). When this happens, more than likely the game will go back to a peer to peer scenario like it was before dedicated servers. In my honest opinion, the game will not be unplayable for a long time.

They have said once the servers are put to rest, you will have access to everything you have unlocked to use in offline play. Of course this only will count towards Jason, as you cannot play counselors offline. So to answer your question, offline play will still be accessible.

Servers wont go down lol not with all those players keeping it going.
