There is another, worst case scenario for the Horror Inc. v. Miller lawsuit, which is that the 2nd Cir. doesn't rule in favor of either side and instead sends it back to the lower court for trial. That could extend it (with appeals) into 2022. Unlikely, but certainly possible.
