Admin Help ? Database Failure

Never had this Database Login Failure Before. I'm on xbox and ps4 but this seems to be only happening on xbox.. happend bout an hour ago was working fine I played ever since the double xp thursday.. are the servers down? My gamertag is NYconcrete

Xbox one is screwing up for a ton of people for this game, level 0, not loading into games etc.  You are not alone, trust me.

Like I said I have it on xbox and ps4 so I can easily just switch over I just hope I didnt waste the last 3 days going from level 53-63 for no reason lol

Most of the player base is used to waiting. Some are more patient than others.

I am also having this problem, but for PC. It started by saying I was level 0, so I restarted my game. Now I can't log into the database. I would like help. I love this game very much and would like it fixed.

Welcome to the forum. The developers are looking into it. We'll get a fix soon enough.

We believe this is tied to the server issue that popped up last night. We have made some adjustments on the backend and are keeping an eye on it today. Let us know if the issue persists.

hey matt, I bought this game on summer sale and I have got the same problem, so what should I do, also im playing on pc, will this error get fixed, how much will it take?
