Stunned in rage

Earlier today I played, and went into rage. Smashed a few doors. While in rage though, myself and a counselor were in a hallway (tight quarters) and I was trying to grab him. He hit me twice which didn't do anything, and then he smacked me a 3rd time and it not only knocked my mask off but also stunned me. I thought there was no weapon stuns post rage? Anybody else experience this?

The hit that knocks your mask off will stun you. That’s pretty much the only way to be stunned post rage. 

But acourding to some members here, some people are still being stunned while in rage without the mask being knocked off. It’s supposedly a bug.

With a melee weapon that is. The shotgun, bear traps and Mother’s sweater still stun Jason after rage as well.
