Wheres Stamina Loss For Swinging A Weapon?

Recommended Posts

Most Counselors in Friday the 13th: The Game like Vanessa and other low strength Counselors Swing their Weapon Without Any Stamina loss, this also applies for other Counselors, this used to be a feature, they need to bring this feature back.

The issue is more of the counselors can swing through Jasons swings and remain unaffected while Jason gets stunned, loses his grip of counselors, etc.

To be blunt, Jason is inferior in combat, especially with the delay on combat blocking and to top it off. Counselors can easily get away from Jason when's in combat slowing him down, which is another reason why some Jason players don't bother with it.

If A Counselor Has Low Strength They Lose More Stamina From Swinging Their Weapon, If They Have High Strength Less Stamina Is Lost, This Feature Was In The Game.

This might've been in beta if I recall.

Probably removed to make it easier to combat Jason.

It Was In The Game When It Released, I Remember Swinging A Weapon And A Bit Of Stamina Was Lost, But Then It Just Disappeared, Weird That Its In The Wiki And The Description Of Strength.

Ah, I get what you mean now. I actually remember reading it in strength, I didn’t realize it wasn’t in the game to be honest. I don’t fight Jason very much, mostly a quick save or a get some stamina hit. I remember testing the evasion dodge stamina decrease when I started playing last Dec. but never bothered going really in depth into it.

Sounds like a feature that should be added in my opinion. It would seriously help with the chain stunning against Jason.

Although I like this feature just for the realism factor (swinging a weapon around does tend to wear a person out)... this would not help with chain stunning... you forget, each time they strike Jason they get a stamina boost... and it is not that hard to get a hit on Jason, particularly when they are in groups... so any loss from a swing is quickly recovered with a single hit.

Yeah, I guess you're right, would've been a nice feature though.
