Exactly, but only if they're open minded enough to listen. It's easy to brand someone a troll because they know a few tricks. Once that happens  their willingness to learn goes away.

There are a few eager students out there. Feel free to share the wealth of knowledge, and make those players better that are open to the opportunity.

If that's what it takes to "share the wealth", then it's a permissible option.
