Modding On PC Version Any Modding Tools Comming?

Will There in the Future be any modding tools  released so there can be custom Content added to The PC Version by Fans?

I doubt it since it's an online game. Yes, I know, many online game allow mods but I've heard of even more that don't. I personally think they could put the game too out of balance, this isn't MUGEN lol although I do hope appearance mods would at least be allowed, even if only the modder (and maybe the players that have the same mod installed) can see it.

I soooo wish they would. At least for offline. The potential is limitless.

Depends on the game makers some support user created mods others dont i always think that mods makes the game last longer and some mods even make totally new games making the oringernal game appeal to more people.

They already covered and responded to this in another thread. The devs said they are not planning to support modding.
