Not a hack, its a glitch/exploit.  Using dance emotes then aiming the gun on certain frames, counselor can slide around and rotate the shotgun like he is a tank.  Don't let it bother you much, stamina is still used, and if you pressure them they'll eventually use it, removing the gun from more useful situations like fixing a phone or stunning Jason while filling up the 4-seater.

Yeah man, like don't you know it's a super secret combo-code to reward those of us with an advanced intelligence? Only the most superior elite humans can accomplish such a thing, therefore it should stay.
