Don't really watch cartoons anymore, but my favorites were the original Teen Titans cartoon, and The Grim Adventures of Billy & Mandy. It stuck in my craw that they got all the original voice actors from TT and made the dumbest show ever. Wasted potential.

Not including anime, here's my list:

Rick and Morty. It's the best thing on television. Period.

American Dad is alright. I watch it sometimes.

Teen Titans. Old one.

Batman.

Ren and Stimpy.

Roko's Modern Life.

Transformers in general.

Samurai Jack is AWESOME!

Symbiotic Titan is AWESOME-er.

I used to like Adventure Time a lot.

Super Robot Monkey Team Hyperforce GO!

I used to watch a lot of Southpark.

Dexter's Laboratory.

Avatar. Duh.

Venture Brothers is a personal favorite.

Johnny Quest. NOT TEST!

I've only watched a little bit of Over The Garden Wall and Steven Universe. Both seemed really good, but I haven't gotten a chance to really sit down and marathon them.

:P

Well Yea I am almost 33 years old. Different mind set these days lol. However I am not a snob if I see a cartoon I like that is geared to kids I'll watch it I just can't think of any off the top of my head. The other issue is I don't feel they make cartoons like they did when I was a kid. We had awesome cartoons! Lol

I would definitely recommend Gravity Falls.

It's "for kids" in the sense that it's passable but I'm sure you'd love it.  It's practically a perfect show....

Well, it IS a perfect show.  Not a single bad character, episode, or anything.

That's very subjective. You could argue most episodes in Gravity Falls aren't relevant to the finale, most of it is just filler. The villain is pretty weak and kinda pathetic when he gets beaten by two random, regular kids. It's also clear that most of the characters are not very unique, nothing different from what we've seen in other cartoons or other types of media, heck, not even in other Disney cartoons.

It's definetely a show aimed for kids with a couple of things that could be fun for adults. But it's not comparable to say, X-Men: Evolution, or Beast Wars: Transformers.

Also, am I the only one that is tired of every cartoon looking the exact same nowadays? There's no difference in style, all the characters look huggable, round and weirdly proportioned and designed. There was so much variety in the old days that now everything just looks like it's made by the same guy.

Watch Rick and Morty! It's literally the best. I used to be a die hard SouthPark fan, but it doesn't even compare.

Daria (forever my favorite)

Bobs Burgers

Archer

Grim adventures of Billy and Mandy

I haven't heard of Steven Universe until recently when my illustration professor showed me the background art in some scenes. For a whacky looking cartoon they do a great job with lighting and detail in the backgrounds so I've considered watching it.

Is it good?

It's very good. First Season is a little slow but it picks up from there.

Also recommend Gravity Falls if you haven't watched that.

Among Transformers shows, just watch Transformers: Animated and Beast Wars, and the G1 show if you want to laugh a little.

I also love plenty of 60s-80s cartoons, they're pretty much classics now. He-Man, Scooby Doo, The Incredible Hulk, etc. And the 90s were just filled with so much awesomeness (Street Sharks, SWAT Kats, etc). The early 2000s also had some pretty badass cartoons, such as Samurai Jack and Justice League.
