We can find it during rolling  perks,guys do you know what about this perks?

I am pretty sure they have had those animations in for a while, but they never pop, so they just may be a graphic with no perk to go with them, so they never come up. The second one I know for sure I have seen for a long time.

Apparently the one with the knife in hand used to be the image they used for the Man-At-Arms perk. No clue about the other two.

I believe the eyeball one is the "clickbait" perk.
