Just one quick one for some suggestions on additional XP gains for the game. (Sorry if they exist and I don't know about it).

- Extra XP for escaping as the driver and having passengers. E.g. 25xp per passenger.

- Saving someone from Jason's grasp

- giving someone an item i.e weapons, med spray etc.

Thought a few cooperative actions would improve counselor gameplay and reward players who actually cooperate and not just escape on their own.

Thoughts? Other related suggestions?

Yeah I'm pretty sure you already get XP for all that

Besides giving items to someone using a med spray on someone does give you XP

I'll just post what I posted before.

Sharing: +10xp: Drop an inventory item and have someone else take it. (one time)

Delivery: +5xp: Carry a repair part to an objective for someone else to repair it. Can gain this XP once per objective & part.(You don't get delivery points for delivering and repairing by yourself.)

Break it Up: +15xp: Free a teammate from Jason's grasp with a melee or ranged attack. (one-time thing)

Field Medic: +20xp: Heal a teammate. (one-time)

Juke Hero: +30xp: Keep Jason within your area(about 100 in game feet) for 3 minutes without him morphing or shifting away. (one time)

Think we already have escort for xp? I haven't played since the update so my memory is a bit fuzzy waiting to download it tomorrow.

 

As for breaking a team mate free I like that idea to reward xp. I don't know how weapon sharing would work though code wise, maybe if you dropped the item it has a 30 second window to be picked up and give xp.

I don't think there'd need to be a time limit. There would simply be a record that "X" person picked up and dropped the item and when the next person picks it up, the former person gets XP. For me, maybe not apply it to weapons but definitely inventory items.

Yeah maybe only inventory items. I can already see players just running around and picking up / dropping weapons for no reason and wasting time just for the xp.

Yeah it would encourage people to drop items outside of drawers so that the team doesn't have to search for the items.

The only thing I don't like about this though is where people would be dropping the items. I feel like some players are going to drop them in the stupidest locations and think their team mates are going to find them.

Like what? I don't think it would be any more of a problem than what we have, where people sometimes exchange items in a drawer and leave it. I would just drop items in the middle of a room.

As you should. I always do that now, and it has saved me many times. It's always good to know that you can backtrack a couple cabins and restock as needed, especially during a chase.
