Mute Pamela's voice in Settings

Give me the option to mute her voice in the Settings menu.

Obviously the end match cutscene would not be affected by this.

Don't you find it repetitive to hear her voice sometimes? And let's face it, any semblance of "immersion" the game might have had has since been extinguished, so yeah, Pamela voice is ancillary.

I have no issue with adding more options. But that really has to be the exception. It's kind of pointless if muting her just gets you killed lol

There is an audio cue that already goes along with Pamela voice. Just listen to the cue and that is enough to know someone enter the shack.

Lol I know that. @Poormetheus is suggesting an option to mute Pamela's voice. I was asking how you would know someone entered the shack if you couldn't hear her.

I can't confirm but I'm pretty sure Pamela's voice lines and the accompanying music is one file. Meaning they're not seperate and this is likely why we hear Pamela as Roy. This would mean lowering one or the other individually isn't currently possible.

*A different Counselor hits Jason*

Pamela: They want to keep you from me, Jason--

* A Counselor enters Jason's shack *

That option would satisfy everyone who doesn't like hearing Pamela talk to Roy.

The solution is to make a new file then. And replace the sweater with the bloody towel that triggered Roy to go crazy. That's it. They made a special outro for him. The shack can act as a hideout.

There are certainly a lot of what appear like easy fixes; things that could be programmed in 45 minutes.

I guess the developers are busy with other projects at the moment.
