That feeling when yellow car's leaving without you and see Jarvis as passenger.

When you're the  only survivor, the cops just show up but you have no map.

This thread is about to share some moments that could be known by everybody who play this game, it could be funny, annoying, frustrating etc... but we still can laugh about it. (no glicth or cheater shits)

For example, you know this feeling when you're Jason on Cristal Lake map, cops arrived at the bridge side in south west, counselors are heading to them, you're morphing with map on cops location and you're suddendly landing in the water under the bridge.

Another morph shit, still at Cristal Lake, you're hear a counselor who miss to fix part with the car in northwest of the map, you're morphing, and you're landing each times behind these fucking indestructibles fences on the beach.

As counselor now, you know this feeling when, there is a fix part in this house, at Packanack, but someone locked up from inside and went out by the windows.

rk59o5A.jpg

You know this feeling when you're a great repair counselor and Vanessa doesn't want to give you the battery.

Do you have some moments like that to share ? If not, this thread will self destruct in 5 seconds.

You know that feeling when you don't know what the hell you just read.

I enjoyed the read though. It had good energy.

Thank you.

Make me think about that feeling when you spawn as Jarvis but you're alone on the map.

I guess I'm the only one who rather enjoys that situation....

Probably how my friends feel when I come back as Jommy Tarvis and say, "I'm on my way!"

That feeling when you have "My Dad's a Cop" Perk, you're repairing the fuse fox and someone is taking the phone before you. Then you see on top of the screen 5:00 to wait for cops.

I can sympathize here. Or when you are see someone nearby and ask them to help with the trap or guarding the box so you can do everything, and they run away from you. You spend the next 5 minutes window hopping and table dancing to distract Jason as you already know you're fate. Thanks for the help micless guy that runs away.

That feeling when there are a handful of you left, the car just needs keys, and all the remaining players except you are camping in hiding spots.

Both cars are gone you've spent 10 minutes searching for the fuse and get killed, and you watch someone drop it as they're choked out.

I feel like these two go together real well with the experience I was thinking of.

You have circled Packanack small twice and not found a single item. One car needs keys, you know where the fuse box is but know every cabin nearby is searched. You know Jason has rage mode and time is running out. You have been calling out fuse box location since the beginning of the game. Have been asking for keys for the past 5 minutes. Two of you left. He dies and both drop, far away from either point. All you can do is wonder wtf they were thinking or trying to do, and accept death.

This is either A) players too new to know what to do, as in they just know the items are important so they take them but don't know what to do with them, or B ) Players more focused on speed looting, or C ) players who are frozen with indecision, only willing to take a risk if the perfect opportunity presents itself, which it rarely does, so they hover around the edges of the map foolishly assuming someone else will do something. A lobby runs into real trouble when multiple players have this mindset.

In your example, there are two players left, but have you ever heard of the psychological theory that if someone is choking on the street and there are lots of bystanders, that person is less likely to be helped? This is because the bystanders are essentially afraid to take responsibility and fail, so they justify it by thinking "someone else is surely going to do whats necessary, so i'll just wait and see." Meanwhile, time runs out for the choking person. I always think of that theory when I'm playing this game.

That feeling when speed looters don't bother to pick up objectives, and 15 minutes into a match on Jarvis house, you finally find a gas can in a barricaded cabin.

When you kill the host and they quit, and you spend 10 minutes trying to get into a lobby to see they are hosting again.

Your English is better than my French. I think you did pretty good. 👍

Alright, I've got another one. That feeling when you fixed the car and you're driving out, and your buddy yells for you to stop. You stop and back up the car to pick him up, but the dumbass is running down the middle of the road, and you flatten him.

🙄 Sorry Slim, my bad. But if it makes you feel better, I made it out just fine. 🤣

You find yourself in a mic'ed up quicklplay lobby and you establish a great rapport. THEN you get into the game and nobody's responding. No one acknowledges when you tell them you found the fuse. Nobody pays attention when you suggest strategy. Your clever jokes on the situation aren't landing at all. They're still talking, just not to you. You're being completely ignored!

Once you're dead, your remember that right as the match started  your kids were arguing in the next room over whose turn it was to do some chore, or your dog needed the neighbor walking by to know she disapproved by barking her head off, and you had temporarily muted your mic out of courtesy and never remembered to reactivate it.

May I just add -- in your avatar, Rob looks very much like a young Ray Liotta.

That feeling when you see a car escape 15 minutes into the game on your big map and then see the fuse pop up on shore.

That feeling when a white circle is approaching the cabin you just finished barricading faster than a car and then you hear a window open followed by Vanessa's ugly ass grunt.

That feeling when you dive into a cabin window to avoid Jason, stand up (hurt) and desperately search for a weapon -- only to discover the cabin is completely looted and the door which Jason is now walking into was left wide open.

R.I.P.

That feeling when the match starts and you've spawned in as LaChappa in the no man's land between Flat Rock and Packanak on the large map, only to be immediately treated to Jason's chase music.

Why? Why the fuck did you morph here? There's nothing!

Anyone else encounter those assholes that reset your traps so they get the xp? I had a host yesterday follow me to each cabin reset every fucking trap I set...

That's another shitty one that I've encountered all too often...

Even worse when the counselor that left the door open also decided to place a trap inside that window... I watched that happen to someone else last night.

Why would they do that? Purely for trolling?

Every time I find a trap in a cabin, I barricade the door, then set the trap as close to it as possible. That way, other counselors likely won't step in it, and the door is locked -- so only Jason can step in it if he smashes through it.

Well . . . unless a counselor is running from Jason inside the cabin, and they make the unfortunate decision to UNbarricade the door to run out of it. *SNAP! Dead*

BY the waaayyy . . . quick question for the lot of you:

CAN JASON MORPH WHEN CAUGHT IN A TRAP??

I was playing this weekend, and I barricaded myself in a one-door cabin.

Jason music hits.

I open a side window in the back.

Jason starts smashing through the door. I wait patiently by the window.

Jason smashes through.

*SNAP!* He steps in my trap.

I'm out the window.

I start to run, when "HULLPP!!"

Jason is there, and GRABS me.

Dead.

REALLY???!! Jason can step in a trap and IMMEDIATELY morph out of it?? I mean, he grabbed me within TWO SECONDS of stepping in my cleverly-placed trap.

I was quite salty.

Pretty much...

As for morphing out of a trap, I've always been too focused on mashing the a button to even think of morphing... I'll have to try that out later.

That feeling when you’re playing as a stealthy character, trying to sneak around the map to make repairs, only for Buggs or some other noisy character to decides to follow you.... until Jason shows up.
