I've heard he will have a bloody skin, and I'm almost certain that is confirmed, because I remember seeing them respond to a question about it on Twitter.

Yes we do but gotta obtain it through leveling up.

Bloody skins is already a obvious feature but i would like to see roy in a black suit or paramediacs uniform.
