Epic perk percentages

Hello everybody,

My highest perk is the epic night owl (reduction to the fear penalties from darkness) perk with +59% Darkness fear resistance bonus and -2% noise generating penalty. 

I was just wondering, what is your highest perk percentage you got rolling out perks?

50% chance to spawn with pocket knife, epic Ninja’d. 

But seriously, not sure.. just spent 30k for a load of stuff.
