  1. @Mawlock and I have been in contact over some legal discussions and have made a rather firm discovery: As you may know, some years ago, there was a GTA: San Andreas scandal referred to as the "Hot Coffee" involving content that, while completely inaccessible through any normal means and only through hacking, stirred up a fair amount of controversy. Rockstar was forced to discontinue production of the current game, recall all existing unsold copies, and reissue the game with the "hidden" content removed. What does this have to do with Uber Jason, you ask? Well, due to the precedent set by the "Hot Coffee" scandal, anything found within the game's code/ files/whatever, regardless of whether it is accessible or not, as long as it is in fact actually there, legally counts as content. You see, Uber Jason, like the offending gta content, is in the game, but hidden away. https://hooktube.com/watch?v=DfIf894Ls7A Again, like GTA, you can hack the game's files and not only find him, but fully play as a nearly finished version of him (only missing sound/music) as well. As such, he indeed counts as content. And not just content, but content that was made and delivered before the official cut off date, having not only come with the engine update, but passing the patch Certification as well. What this means is that gun media has already given us Uber Jason as far as the law is concerned. And by their own admission, they can legally modify any and all content made and given before the June cut-off date, qualifying Uber Jason, who technically but certainly was. This means that Gun media could, in fact, actually legally unlock him if they really wanted to. Well, I as a fan, want them to Unlock Uber Jason. Not Just because he was promised to us, and not just because of the cool design, but because he is the last bit of f13th we can ever get in what may very well be the last F13th game we ever get for a long, long time. Maybe ever. So please, if you too are a loyal and loving Friday the 13th fan, help us spread the word and maybe together we can all share in one last hooray.
  2. So I had a thought, mainly about the aspect of each Jason using their weapons uniquely and having a unique weapon. While Uber had a machete, we have that weapon with Part 7. What if Uber was "bare handed"? his attack would be a sweeping punch and he'd use a smashing fist to knock down doors since his right arm is mechanized. It would be shorter range on his normal attack, but the bonus being that his grab animation uses two hands and allows him to grab two counselors, an emphasis on how strong this super Jason is. Pocket knives would still work the same way, but only someone who is holding one would get free, so if he grabs two at the same time, the only one who drops out of his hand is the one who had the knife. It would encourage counselors to run and less to do the two person buddy system of slapping jason over and over again if he grabbed both of you at once and could kill you both instantly. It might require a bit much programming work so it probably wouldn't be a thing and Uber would end up with his future machete, possibly holding his "old" machete in his left hand. Dunno, share your thoughts.
  3. I'd be happy for a campaign with three different game modes that applied to all the missions: Part 1, Part 4, and Part 5. Have Part 4 as a traditional mode, but just versus AI, Part 5 a 'hardcore' mode with Roy, meaning he's killable by regular damage, and is missing many powers, and Part 1 as a stealth variant to the missions. Pamela can be super vulnerable, but have unique stealth powers. Roy could maybe even do more 'human' stuff as a counterbalance, such as unbarricade doors, cancel the police by calling them and claiming the last call was a hoax, hide parts he finds, and even drive (as he does with his ambulance in the film). His parked ambulance could even replace Jason's shack. You can then complete core series, and get rid of any balance concerns as you're not facing humans. Anyone who wants the traditional Jason experience can just use Part 4 throughout, and scratch the itch of using that skin, but the others mean those who want something unique are not just playing MP with bots. ...if you really wanted to, you could even have Uber Jason as an OP reward for getting 100%, and give him permanent Rage from the start and 1-hit kills. Pre-nanomachines Part X should still be a downloadable MP character though, as he isn't a problematic implementation like the rest on the list.
  4. I apologize if you consider this a "duplicate topic" but I figure with the new Jason stat information recently released I could post my own new Ideas. Here are my ideas for the remaining DLC killers that could be added and their stats. Part IV: The Final Chapter Weapon: Meat Cleaver +Can Run +Water Speed +Sense Cooldown (Part 7 Jason is the only other Jason with a sense cooldown) -Morph -Defense -Traps (I figured -Destruction would be too annoying so I replaced it with -Traps) Part V: Roy Burns Weapon: Curved Machete(AKA Panga Machete) or Meat Cleaver +Stalk Duration +Sense Duration +Morph -Can't Run -Less Hit Points -Stun Resistance Jason X Weapon: Future Machete +More Hit Points +Weapon Strength +Stun Resistance -Can't Run -Defense (Has more hit points than other Jasons but has a harder time blocking attacks in combat.) -Sense Cooldown Uber Jason Weapon: Upgraded Machete +Defense +Grip Strength +Destruction -Can't Run -Water Speed -Traps Let me know your thoughts. EDIT: I have considered the possibility of Pamela Voorhees being added to the game in the future. While I don't think it is going to happen, I will create what I think her stats should be to give the devs something to think about. Here we go: Pamela Voorhees Weapon: Hunting Knife +Can Sprint: High stamina, but no stamina loss from running. Can toggle walk/run/sprint like counselors can. +Bow and Arrow: Starts with a bow with 4-8 arrows that do more damage than throwing knives and have a longer range. +Former Counselor: This one's a big description. Pamela was a former cook for Camp Crystal Lake. She sabotaged attempts to re-open the camp for years. She has kept some souvenirs from her employment at the camp. She has a keychain with all the keys to the cabins on it. Instead of chopping a door down, she takes a few seconds to try keys on the door until she finds the right one. This takes less time than Jason chopping down a door. If a door is barred from the other side, once Pamela unlocks the door, she opens the door slightly slides her hunting knife through the gap and lifts the bar up. Pamela can also climb through windows, but she takes damage from broken windows the same as counselors, so the player must decide if climbing through a broken window is worth chasing a counselor. Additionally, while Pamela cannot interact with vehicle components and cannot pick up counselor items like keys, health packs, etc., she can drive a vehicle after it has been repaired and started by counselors("Oh hi. What are you doing out in this mess?") for potentially duping counselors with false hope of rescue by other counselors, or for vehicular homicide. Mrs. Voorhees can also pick up all the same weapons that counselors can. While she cannot walk through walls like Jason, she can still chop down walls and doors if she finds an axe or machete. Regardless of what she picks up, she always carries her hunting knife on her belt and cannot lose it. The grab kills would either be contextual to what weapon Pamela was carrying at the time or would always be the hunting knife. -Mortal: Pamela has the fewest hit points of any killer and can die much more easily than others. She still has far more hit points than counselors and her attack speed is as fast as any Jason. -Grip Strength -Rage: Pamela cannot break through walls and doors with her own body like Jason. Pamela must find a machete or axe to cut down doors and walls. She does get a boost to all of her other ability cooldowns though. Just for fun, here's my take on the original boogyman. Michael Myers +Destruction (Chopped down a door in Halloween H20 pretty quickly.) +Grip Strength (Can crush skulls in Halloween 4, 6, and 8.) +Stalk Cooldown (Unlike every Jason with a +Stalk, which is a longer stalk duration, I give Michael something different. His stalk is the average duration, but he can use it more often.) -Can't Run (Obviously) -Defense (He gets hit all the time and doesn't ever really block anything in the movies.) -Stun Resistance (When Michael goes down, he's usually down for a while.)
  5. If Uber Jason is added in a future DLC is he going to be as vulnerable as the other Jason's? Bullets don't affect him as seen in the movie, and melee attacks just bounce off his armor. He also has a lot more strength than the other Jason's. If he was added would he just be even more overpowered than the others. If Uber Jason was added into the game and is movie accurate you wouldn't even be able to fight back. How would you balance this?
