  1. I know there are a lot of us who are wishing for a Mean Girl counselor, so let us rally and brainstorm together in one place! There has been a few mean girls over the course of the movies, most notably Melissa from Part VII. FUN FACT: She has in popularity defeated characters that have somehow managed to slip into the game before her, here's a large poll as evidence. Mitch, Fox, and Shelly lost to her by a big difference. Now why would a Mean Girl be a good choice as a character? Personally I've always found them to be hilarious. It would be the perfect opportunity for a feisty girl that, combined with a few witty insults to provoke Jason (Or another counselors, wouldn't that be great?) could do for a fun character to play. When I think about how such a character would be, I can't help but to have Chanel Oberlin in my mind as inspiration, she is the perfect embodiment of a mean girl; ruthless, self-absorved, narcissistic, so very blonde and fasionable over all things. How would a Mean Girl look? I think most people would say that a long haired, blonde female is long overdue! However, over all things, she is meant to be fashionable. It would be a great opportunity for a counselor to wear for the very first time a dress, and heels. Once again, Chanel quickly comes to aid to inspire with her thousand outfits and looks. Now the best part...! The stats...! I've thought of a few archetypes, and I think this is my favourite, along with a name suggestion: I'm going to draw my own basic fashion sketches for fun! What do you guys think? Feel free to share and come up with your own thoughts! Her colour palette should be...! Tah-dah, white, and pastels. They are very girly; and when wore by a mean girl, something about it makes her extra-obnoxious. Melissa knows this very well! References: About the Melissa/Tamara blend, I combined the hairstyle and the dress of Tamara with Melissa's sophisticated taste. Unlike Tamara, Melissa knows that cold toned skins look so much better with pearls and silvery accessories/jewelry than gold. Suggested Halloween DLC, Marilyn Monroe's pink dress! An icon that endures through generations! More 80s fashion

  3. Hey guys, so if you couldn’t tell I’m pretty new on this forum, but I’ve been doing some lurking recently and have decided to make an official post. Although I am aware that Gun/Illfonic have announced no more new content, I still love this game and want to share my ideas with you all. (Even if they’ll never have a chance to be implemented into the game). I know there have been a few topics about counselor suggestions and I love seeing people create new counselors and seeing what they chose for stats, outfits, how they look, etc. So, without any more rambling, I wanted to show you guys a few counselors I had whipped up long ago but never posted. - Carly Jefferson Composure: 6/10 Luck: 5/10 Repair: 3/10 Speed: 4/10 Stamina: 6/10 Stealth: 9/10 Strength: 2/10 Carly Jefferson is a redhead who has more to her than most perceive. She has always been humble, and has never had many true friends but knows how to socialize/get along with others just fine. Similar looking to Karen Gillan, and wears a simple outfit consisting of a short sleeved v-neck shirt, ripped jeans, and sneakers with wavy red hair just past her shoulders and green eyes. Although she may be a little OP, I think she’d be a pretty unique counselor in comparison to the others. There really isn’t another counselor too much like her. Which moves me onto my second counselor... Jonathon “Jonny” Hill Composure: 8/10 Luck: 7/10 Repair: 4/10 Speed: 4/10 Stamina: 5/10 Stealth: 2/10 Strength: 5/10 Jonathon Hill, otherwise known as “Jonny,” is essentially your boy next door. He is handsome, approachable, and isn’t your typical a—hole just looking for a quick piece of booty. I guess you could call him the male version of Jenny, only an o instead of an e. Jonathon looks similar to Brandon Larracuente, and wears a long sleeve polo shirt, jeans, and sneakers. Black, styled hair that helps define his face with blue eyes. And my final counselor... Samantha Miller Composure: 2/10 Luck: 10/10 Repair: 1/10 Speed: 9/10 Stamina: 6/10 Stealth: 5/10 Strength: 2/10 It’s safe to say that Samantha Miller is a weird hybrid between Chad, Victoria, and Tiffany. She loves to flirt, and doesn’t mind showing a little skin. Samantha gets what she wants, when she wants, and loves to flaunt her wealth. Samantha doesn’t have to go after boys, because they all go after her. Samantha resembles Bree from the 2009 Friday the 13th, wearing a camisole with jean shorts (similar to Tiffany’s shorts) and wedges. Long wavy blonde hair with blue eyes. Samantha is essentially the only counselor from this list that is somewhat based off of a character from the F13 films. At least appearance wise. Anyways, I hope you guys like these counselor ideas. Personally Carly is my favorite due to her being the most unique, but what do you guys think? Also I’d love to see what you guys came up with for counselor ideas, so post them if you have them!! Another note, sorry if I’m doing something wrong or I’m not allowed to post similar topics to others, like said I’m new so I’m hoping if I did something wrong you guys will take it easy on me lol
  4. 2 Gameplay Ideas Tommy AFK System One of the more annoying things in the game is when another person is picked to be Tommy, only to be AFK. An idea I had is when someone in the lobby was AFK during the game, they can't be picked as Tommy, or, if Tommy spawns and doesn't move for a certain amount of time, Another person takes control of him. Create your own Jason or Counselor I doubt this would happen, but I think it'd be cool if we could create a Jason or Counselor with an avatar maker type thing. For the stats, the player could add stats freely, but can only have a total of 35 stat points. The player would also get an option for a random avatar or random stat generator. If having stats become too OP, there could also be a rule that players can't have too much in one stat if they already have a lot in another. I feel like adding something like this would really add some spice to the game, as well as some more player involvement and creativity.

    Hello Peoples

Hello I'm Ashton and I'm new to the forums, I've been playing Friday the 13th the game since day one back in 5/26/17, I play PlayStation 4 and Xbox one I'm level 150 on PS4 and level 45 on Xbox, I main part 4 on PS4 and I main Savini on Xbox my favorite counselor is currently Adam, Have a good one and thanks for viewing my post (I don't know if this is a post)
  6. 1: - There should be a map made based on the movie Jason takes Manhattan there should be a map where we try and escape from Jason on all levels upper and lower levels of the boat and try repairing the boat and find the missing pieces around the boat along with the tools used to repair the boat nothing to simple nor to hard to complete there should be another way to kill him on the boat and the ending should be where they escape to New York or escape from the boat on little skiffs to the city. 2: - all the main characters from all the Jason movies should be added like the Julius the boxer kid ,the cops from Jason lives the waitress from Jason goes to hell ,the bounty Hunter should be another alternative to call for help instead of Tommy Jarvis it would be the the bounty Hunter with the special blade that can kill Jason. 3: - new weapons should be added to the game like better escape or special stun weapons that have more damage to Jason. 4: - new and improved roll perks and Perks for Jason and counselors and all new costumes for counselors 5: - Jason should be able to choose from different weapons and have more different kill finishers .

  8. Just starting off by saying I literally just joined this five minutes ago hahaha. I don’t know if anyone else would agree but I think they should add a New York Italian styled character. I picture him wearing a tight white T-shirt with rolled up sleeves tucked into a pair of jeans with a cigarette or toothpick hanging out of his mouth. He’d be from New York so obviously he’d have an accent. And for a trope I would see it as “the rebel” or “the wiseguy” or something like that. I picture him with the personality of a mix between Tony Manero from “Saturday Night Fever” or even Han Solo from “Star Wars”. He’d be a good looking guy who hits on the girls a lot, most thinking he’s charming. Although I picture him having a Han Solo and Princess Leia or Tony Manero and Stephanie type of relationship with someone like Jenny Myers, the one with her head on right and not focused on sex. Haha I even pictured the trailer being Jenny walking out of the lake in her bathing suit and This character whistling at her to where she says something like “in your dreams”, then he gets killed or something. It may sound corny but I feel like this would benefit someone like Jenny as well. Her character is rather bland and boring. I mean, yes she was advertised pretty well in the spring break dlc but after that nobody ever really talks about her. It’s probably because her stats aren’t the best, but the bottom line is her character isn’t really that big of a deal to people, even though she would be the main character if these same counselors were in a friday the 13th movie. I’d see them having a mix between a Tony Manero and Stephanie/ Han Solo and Princess Leia type of relationship to where the Italian guy would be trying to get with Jenny, but she won’t budge because she sees the Italian guy not knowing what he wants to do in life and would just be wasting her time with the cute flirts and pickup lines and remarks.(like Tony and Stephanie) but then when things hit the fan and Jason comes the both work together and she learns to care for him.(like Han And Leia at cloud city in Star Wars: The Empire Strikes Back) it may seem like a fan fiction it I don’t mean it to come off that way lol, just trying to get a basic understanding of how it would be, but I would see this panning out in the single player challenges, or just in the canon lore of the f13 game universe. And it would fit Jenny a lot better because it’s like when Chris and Rick were together most of the time. In general it would benefit Jenny as well as giving more character to the Italian guy. Getting that out of the way I would picture his interactions with other counselors as follows. Chad would probably be the guy to make fun of him. He may be a little defensive towards Brandon. He’s be cool with Adam, cool with Mitch, would make fun of Eric, not talk to kenny as much, neutral with Vanessa, haha would have a grand old time with Tiffany, wouldn’t talk to AJ as much, and wouldn’t even pay any mind to Deborah, He would have a Tony Manero type of attitude towards most of everyone Yeah, I know it seems something like Adam, but I just pictured something more like a full Italian guy. Someone like Tony Manero who is extremely into his Italian roots. The guy who would have an Italian flag hanging from over his bed. And plus this guy wouldn’t be so much of edgy. I don’t really see Adam as a rebel. I see him as just edgy. Like his bio states. He doesn’t take sh*t off anyone and would stand up for people getting bullied. In reality this Italian character concept probably would be the bully who Adam stands up to. What I mean by rebel is gets into trouble. Lol trust me I know he can seem like an Adam but in my head he isn’t. I tried to explain it a much as I could without it seeming like I’m becoming a motor mouth lol the reason why I say they should make this kind of counselor is because he would be an interesting one. In the seventies and eighties and even nineties, Italians were pretty big in the US, especially in parts like New Jersey(where the movies and game takes place.) back then in places like wildwood(a very famous beach in New Jersey) there would be parts on the board walk that we’re dedicated to Italians like Italian hotels, Italian restaurants, everything. People loved Italians in those days. I mean, you had tons of films like Rocky, and Saturday night fever, and The Godfather part 1 and part 2, and once upon a time in America, a mobster movie that came out in 1984 about Italians, I mean hell, there were even two Italian guys in part 5, Vinnie and Pete. This all brought Italians to peoples attention in those days. And not only that but New York City is right next to New Jersey if that wasn’t obvious enough, so the accent would fit perfectly. I genuinly want them to add this character to the game so I feel like making my own stats for the character would be personalizing it a little too much to the point where it may be unrealistically possible that they would add him, but I’ll just do it anyway to show how I picture it to be: composure: 4/10 Luck: 4/10 Repair: 6/10 Speed: 5/10 Stamina: 7/10 Stealth: 3/10 Strength: 6/10 By no means do I want this character to be personalized to me. That would be a huge “f you” to the people who donated 10,000 dollars to the game. It’s just a concept I want them to add to the game that I feel people would enjoy and like to play as. Even though it’s a concept made up by me that I know I would love to see in the game, I want it to be realistic to the game so it doesn’t look silly and out of place. I love this game and would like to see it grow, this game got me into watching all the friday the 13th films and now I love the franchise. If anybody of importance to the game sees this, I hope you can see the pros to adding this character to the game, I’m positive he would be a favorite by many people. I do have a name in mind for the character but I doubt it would be the actual name for the character if they add him. “Tommi Sollozzo” Tell me what you guys think,
  9. So i had this idea similiar to tommy getting called in when you call on the cb radio for help, tommy spawns in from someone who escaped or died. The idea is when you call the cops, not only does the cop car spawn in at the exit but a cop would also spawn in at one of the exits as a player that died or escapped already. So this cop that spawns in job would be to help other counselors escape. The cop himself wouldn't get xp from escaping but only get xp by doing stuff like fixing things or hitting jason or actually escorting players out of the map as tommy can escort players out. So here is the thing by taking away the xp or need to escape for the cop he will be motivated to help the counselors. You see tommy often just spawns in and runs off and hides and tryes to escape. So I would also suggest that tommy gets no reward for just escaping either only for helping and escorting so he will be motivated to help counselors. Id even go further and say tommy and the cop can't escape unless escorting conselors out or they are last one to leave after everyone else died or left as another possible option. So thats the idea to make the game more interesting. Also I suggest they add a tommy character and police officer character into your conselor lists as an added idea and give them diffrent clothes to pick from to custimize their looks only you wouln't be able to choose them as starting characters only if you spawned in as them. I'd even suggest maybe two or three cop models, short fat, tall skinny, middle of the road cop. What ever you pick you spawn in as if your the cop. Also you wouldn't be able to add perks to the cop or tommy spawn in as the perks from regular conselors would carry over to them. I think this idea could make things more interesting. Maybe add a couple boxes of doughnuts around the map and if the cop gets one from a counselor or finds one he gets and extra power, energy, and speed boost. I don't know if this has been discussed before as I'm newer to the game.

    Hi I am BernyMoon

Hello everyone! I am new to the game and forum. I just bought the game 5 min ago (with the halloween skin pack) on steam since it was discounted and I just wanted to say hi. I know nothing about the game but I watched some videos and it looks cool. I saw they are going to improve the game and servers so I thought it was the best moment to join you. I am from Barcelona, 23 years old, I love horror movies (scream is my fav) and I love playing Dead by Daylight. Please add me on steam to play together and have some fun https://steamcommunity.com/id/bernymoon
  12. All the kills in the game are so far great, aswell as brutal. However, I feel like there should be more. I have tons upon tons of ideas for kills, but can only list so many at once. Here's a list of some that I have thought up that If feel would be a good contribution for the game as possible dlc weapon kills. (With fun names I also came up with) Pt 3) 1. (Timber) Jason has a wood chopping axe right? So it would seem reasonable that he will chop the counselor down like a tree. Three fatal blows to the conselor's side with the axe, only to have it getting stuck in the abdomen. Jason pulls the axe backwards only to have the conselor slowly fall forward or backward like a chopped tree 2. (When Push Comes To Shove) Jason pushes the conselor back and slams the axe onto the ground [axe head up] and gut punches the conselor having them fall forward. The conselor uses their arms to prevent falling neck first into the axe, but Jason uses his boot to shove the conselor, neck first, into the axe head-decapitating them. Pt 2) 1. (Head Pull) Jason swings the pick upwards into the conselor's neck [ similar to part 8's chin strike- except it goes to the neck]. The conselor falls to their knees, and jason walks up behind them, grabs the pick [whom's handle is upward] , and slowly tries to pull the axe back with one hand, whilist the other is holding the conselor down, overall decapitation once jason gets the pick out by pulling it. Pt 6) 1. (Throw over) Jason quickly impales the conselor in the chest and lifts them up above his head. Jason gives a quick jolt up and down with the spear, causing the conselor to slide down. After a second or two, Jason moves the spear back to throw the conselor over his shoulder, just as he glances over to make sure the deed is done. 2.(Neck Snap) Jason smacks the conselor across their face using the blunt end of the spear, causing them to stumble back and spins them backwards. Jason goes behind them and puts the spear horizontal in front of their neck and pulls back towards himself. Pinned against Jason, the conselor struggles as they are choked by the long rod. After a while, Jason quickly moves the spear clockwise, snapping the conselor's neck to the side. It would be cool if some of these ideas would be implemented into the game. I will post more kills later on. . .
  13. Originally Posted on Steam by me: http://steamcommunity.com/app/438740/discussions/0/1700542332341268583/ Hello everyone! I just thought of two new Jason ideas that I thought would be pretty neat. One of them would add a gameplay change to him. So the first idea is pretty basic, in fact, it might have already been said on the forums, but I thought it would be cool if Jason had his own emotes, they'd have to be realistic towards his character and I have a couple ideas: Crack Neck - Cracks your own neck. Rainy Day - Takes your weapon and flicks it to get blood off. Kneel - Uses the same animation for when Tommy knocks him down. Does not kill Jason though and can stay in this state for as long as you want. Time Out - Does not work with Part 2 or Part 5 (Roy Burns), but Jason raises his hockey mask up to show his disfigured face (like the scene from Part 3 after he's hanged). My only son... - Part 5 (Roy Burns) only, Roy takes out his wallet with his sons picture and cries for his son. Hallucination - Only works in water, but Part 1 Kid Jason or Part 3 Undead Pamela rises up to the water for a few seconds and goes back down. Was also thinking about Jason to have the choice of using Regular Jason, Part 1 Kid Jason or Part 3 Undead Pamela for rocking the boat and drowning people. At least Part 1 Jason would be nice though because he actually has a model. Above Water - Only works in water, Rises up in the water for a few seconds only to go back down. List your own emote ideas if you want to too lol The other idea I have is a Gameplay Change... Basically, if you guys remember, Jason, Pamela, Roy, all of them liked to move bodies after they killed them. I was wondering what everyone would think if we could like, let's say, press E near a dead body to pick them up and then your abilities would be changed to 4 different pictures of what you can do with the bodies. It'll be like how you can choose kills too with what you do with the bodies. Also, you don't have to carry bodies to your intended place as I imagine it would take too long with slow-moving Jason, although to balance this, let's just say that once you move a body, there is no way for you to move it again. To move the body though, you press what you want to do with the body and the map pops up like how it would for morph and you get the red dot, well wherever you put the red dot is where it'll put the body (more or less, wherever the closest place you can put the body it'll place) So here's a couple ideas I have for what you can pick for moving the bodies. Crispy Hangings - Does the Crispin Glover Nail Hanging onto a door bit which can block the door, Survivors can remove the body though to get through, but they will have to do a skillcheck (higher composure allows you to get rid of it easier). If Jason is also blocked by the body, he can just rip the body off the door like in the movie. He cannot place it back on the door though. (Needs arms and legs still) Weekend At Bernie's - places the body in a nearby chair. Shelly's Pass - Places a body in a closet that when opened, the opener gets immediately spooked when the body flies out. Hanging Tree - A body is hanged by a tree. (Needs Head still) Upside-Down Hanging Tree - A body is up in a tree until someone goes closer in which it fall upside down and spooks them. (Like in Part 3 with Loco). Nailed - A body is nailed in the throat against a tree (Like in Part 5). (Needs Head still) Like Mother, Like Son - A body is nailed against a door with arrows (Like Bill's death in Part 1). Bedsheet Hanged - A body is against the wall with bedsheets holding them. (Like in Part 2). Stowaway - A body is placed in the boat which must be skillchecked in order to be removed. (Higher Composure and Higher Strength will come in handy). Those are all the ideas I have for what you can do with bodies, list your own too if you have any
  14. Hey, Has anyone been to the original location of the 1st Friday the 13th Movie? I am planning a day road-trip this summer, to New Jersey to see the filming locations. I wasn't sure if they allow you to enter the camp but I wanted to see if anyone on the forums has been there? I will be sure to post pictures when the time comes! Thank you, TiffanyCox A.K.A - Clayton

    Hello, Everyone!

Oh, hello! I didn't see you there, and that's probably why I'm dead. I'm a little late getting to the forum here, but I started playing Friday on PS4 around the October Friday the 13th event. I'm always stoked to meet new folks with a passion for horror and cooperative survival. I'm a twenty-three year old writer and fuel station attendant with a Bachelors in English, with emphasis in Creative Writing. Horror has been my favorite genre for as long as memory serves. My favorite horror authors are H.P. Lovecraft, E.A. Poe, Michael Wehunt, and Steven King. I grew up playing Silent Hill, Resident Evil, and watching Horror flicks as often as I could. I'm stoked to be a part of this community and hope to see all of you on the campgrounds! If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
  16. Ok, I was giving some thoughts to potential new game modes that might be interesting. An idea popped in my head for a checkpoint run that would take place on a map. Not sure what to call this idea for a mode. Maybe "Death Race"? 1. There would be 13 checkpoints scattered throughout the map. Each counselor could see the next checkpoint that they needed to reach by arrow indicator on their mini-map and as an icon on the mini-map when they were close enough to it. 2. When a counselor reaches a checkpoint they have to interact with it to get a token (checkpoints can be indoors or outdoors). When they get the token, the next checkpoint will be annotated on the mini-map. Each checkpoint they reach they will get an XP award in addition to the token. 3. When a counselor gains all 13 tokens they can exit the map at one of the points where the cops would normally arrive. 4. Jason's task of course is to kill all of the counselors before they collect the necessary tokens and escape. 5. The whole of the map would still be usable, so counselors can hide and move through cabins as normal, or use any means they can to reach the next checkpoint to get their token. 6. No other escape options would be present on the map. No phone. No cars. No boat. No Tommy. 7. Jason would know where all the checkpoints are, but not in which order counselors will have to reach them. The order of checkpoints randomizes every match. What do you think? @Gertz
  17. Just curious who are the next councellers to be added in the game ?
  18. Hi everyone, I've been a long-time backer and player. There is one feature that this game NEEDS, and that is customizable counselor stats. We all know that the counselors get 35 stat points across their various categories. However, many of the standard counselor builds are complete garbage. To avoid potential balance issues (like Vanessa in the beta with too much stamina) there could be a limit on stats past 9 (for example only two stats at 9 or higher). I personally like to play a mixture of stealth/distraction/objective with my counselors and wish there was a stat build that reflects it. - - - My dream build for a counselor would be - - - Composure: 5 Luck: 4 Repair: 4 Speed: 7 Stamina: 7 Stealth: 7 Strength: 1 Thoughts? Opinions? Responses? Please and thank you.
  19. Hello everyone, a while ago Gun Media released a teaser about the new game mode called "Paranoia". My question and purpose of this topic is, what is it about? I have not seen anyone speculate about this and I would like to know their opinions. Personally I think that in this mode we will be on a very small map where we will have to solve puzzles, find objects and clues, and in passing discover the murderer who will be Roy Burns disguised as another counselor. Like Roy Burns we will have to kill the others without being discovered and prevent them from escaping. With this in mind they could also add Pamela Voorhees as a murderer. Well this is all thanks for reading this topic
  20. Anyone else seen the super cool previous limited edition Jason and thought wow I wish I had that. That’s me. I missed the initial limited edition. I can’t complain, because it’s my fault I missed it, however I think it would be cool to have a new limited edition Jason at some point. What does everyone else think?

  23. DeeCorona

    Heylo, new here!

Hey everyone, I'm not new to the game but definitely on the forums. I have had this game for the Xbox One for months now and I love this game. I am actually looking to make videos on this game so please check them out when you have the time, I think you will find them entertaining >:) Thanks!
  24. Hey guys and girls, new user. Who else likes the ideas of good open ended topics? Excellent game! The waiting between deaths during a match can be dreadful. Sometimes plays are really on the lines of seeming not worth watching. Now I'm not personally digging on anyones capabilities BUT I WONT GO THERE. Virtual Cabin 2.0 upon death. Thoughts? Share!
  25. It seems you guys are working very hard to fix the game and to get things fixed faster you reach out to the community to report bugs. I feel if you want to fix the game from being broken you should make a new mode for players that will benefit everyone. The new mode should be Sandbox Dev Mode. An offline mode where you can load a map and control every aspect of how a game would load and start. You can load in idle characters and change to control whoever you want. You can reload the map on the fly and be able to do stuff. Maybe implement AI in the future so simulation. Of course have this mode reward no XP/CP but players could freely explore the map, learn what does what and where and experiment. They game should only load the stuff of the current engine builds and then we can see if problems can be replicated and essentially break the game a lot faster then with all the lobby waiting and reloading.
