  1. Why is it that when a counsellor is in mid-animation they are completely invulnerable to any attacks, but when Jason is in mid-animation he is complete open to any and all attacks? Where's the logic in this?
  2. The old match start and match end cutscenes from 2017 feel much more dynamic, unique and crisp compared to the newer ones, which all feel like exact copies of each other with Chad just appearing in a different spot every now and then. Jason's animation was a lot more unique in each of the cutscenes back then, and the camera angles really tied it all together. The ones now just feel so bland in comparison, and there doesn't seem to be any reason why they were so dumbed down. Even though this is a visual thing and doesn't affect gameplay, I think this is still something to consider, as it improved the overall experience. (For those who haven't seen the cutscenes in question by any chance, here's a video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1wFDD9tpQgI)
  3. Good Afternoon I trust you are well. More and more in recent weeks I have come to realize that the trolling of Jason is becoming a larger issue once more, like with the pocket-knife debacle not so long ago. Almost every match as Jason over the weekend had counselors group up and actively pursuing me as Jason, stun-locking and taunting me. One thing I do feel has to change is the fact that counselors teabag Jason when he is down. If this were like the movies, you would want to be as far away from Jason as possible. I suggest adding a new environment kill to the game, where when Jason is stunned laying on the ground and a counselor comes to squat over him you should be able to hit 'E' and kill them in some horrific way to punish them for coming so close to you. Also, along the lines of being stunned. I suggest one of two changes: Either diminishing returns, or a rage builder. What I mean by diminishing returns is that if Jason gets stunned, it last for the full duration. If he gets stunned again with a certain amount of time after the first stun, it is halved. If he is stunned for a third time after that within a certain amount of time, it is a quarter of the duration. Or stunning Jason should be adding to his rage timer. Each time he is struck with a weapon and stunned, his rage should increase faster. When he hits enraged mode, he should be resistant/immune to stuns from this point on to make him more menacing. Would love to hear your feedback!
  4. I have a quick suggestion for a future patch. I think that while the environmental kill for the closed windows are already awesome, the Open or broken window seems kind of lacking. Jason tosses someone a few feet through the air... Gruesome? perhaps not. Might I suggest on the open window Jason pushes the counselor half through the widow breaks it and slams it on them, or at least have the window break when the counselor flies through. On a broken window I would like to see Jason leaving the counselor hanging from a broken piece of glass by there necks. Anyone else with me on this? Or perhaps other suggestion for these window kills? Maybe there are other kills you would like to see. I figure the more suggestions suggestions the merrier!
  5. Just saw this pop up in my recomended youtube videos, lol that is kinda funny. Made by AlphaGamer, its an intro wich he made for his streams.
  6. So; there was already a patch to give Jason more knives. Though, I believe there could be a better balance. There are already multiple knives scattered around the map, and this is quite good enough. Though, I believe that the animation for grabbing the knives as Jason is a bit too slow. I find that I've been avoiding them, as it would just take too much time when I already know where a councellor is. I think the same thing goes for when Jason gets stabbed with a pocket knife. The animation is too slow, and I think it shouldn't take him as long to pull it out. Maybe a better balance would be a slight stamina increase to a councellor when they get out of his grasp. It would make it a little more fast paced, and remove the frustration of just sitting and waiting for him to pull it out; without being able to do anything.
  7. When the full game was released the walking animation was changed for the counselors and Jason to me I loved the old walking animations it made it seem realistic and made Jason feel heavy and strong and make counselors feel more realistic, what’s y’alls Opinion
  8. I know, this is a smallie, but it just looks so weird with councelors screaming, babbling or talking in radio or phone with their mouths closed. Also, with eyes focusing on Jason/councilors or even just moving around a little bit would do much I think.
  9. So I was looking back on early footage of gameplay for f13 and I was wondering why they took away those great graphics and animations and if they’ll ever bring those back because the game would be a lot better with everything included with the alpha including the drown the counselor in the boat kill but u could only perform that during rage mode
  10. I noticed that on the PC version when players play as Jason they can continuously break down a door and keep swinging but on console we have to press the attack button once for every single animation swing. It makes breaking down doors take longer and is frustrating when some of the hits don't register to the door. I didn't see this on the shack notes but hopefully they plan on implementing it soon as well as fixing the door hitbox.
  11. In some of the houses and packanack their are golf clubs it would be cool if you could use them to kill the players as a environmental kill
  12. On the live servers if you step in a BearTrap the counselor will walk slowly whilst holding their arm doesn't make since he stepped in the beartrap not put his arm in it, I want a animation whilst walking your counselor will be limping and not holding their arm
  13. If you're Jason and you end up pulling another player out of a car, and another player hits you with a High Stun chance weapon and succeeds in the stun. You will be forced out of the map, and just keep clipping out until the game doesn't even register you alive. The greatest thing is when everyone laughs over their microphones because they completed the bug and lived, even though their survival was futile. It annoys me that I don't see this bug posted because its existed since start, guess people either don't know how the bug is done or they just want an easy way to beat Jason. I'm not entirely sure how it is possible but the game that I played recently it was an Adam and a Chad in the 4 Door. I pulled Chad out of the Driver's seat whilst the other player was running, Chad then yelled on his Microphone "hit him, hit him" in the middle of the pulling animation as soon as I got him out I was hit with a baseball bat, Chad escaped and I flew straight out of the map before I had the ability to morph back into the map.
  14. So let's talk about faces. In particular, Jason's face. Jason has an amazing face.... in terms of detail and model. One thing that bothered me though, is that it is absolutely still. That's fine if you're going for, maybe, Part 9 Jason where the face is nothing more than a skull, but but for 2 and 3 it looks odd. I know Lip Sync is on the to do list, but before proceeding with that, I'd recommend a route to take before going through with that. Make Jason seem more alive.... or if not alive, more animated, especially in the facial region. Here I'll compile a short list of things that are small yet big steps to making him seem more animated and less still. These should especially be true for Human Jason. - Blinking and jaw moments, especially while idle. Seeing his face move in general would give anyone the willies. - Show pain. When stunned, have him close his eyes and grimace. Hell when he's shot in the head, have his eyes roll inward until he gets up. - Facial animations for actions and kills. When he's chasing someone, have him looks angry, excited, or egar. While he is killing, give him individual facial animations. Tightening teeth and face while he's gorging someone's eyes out. Gaping his mouth in anger or glee while he smashes their face into a wall. - Grunting. Less animated and more sound related though. This should be especially true for Human Jason. This was a short list but this is something I would love to see. What about you guys?
  15. Its really dumb to me that when me and a buddy are bringing some gas to a car/boat and grabs my teammate with the gas and starts the killing animation, but I can't save him with the weapon that I have and am forced to watch my teammate die when I feel I should be able to do something. They should highly work on this part of the game, but that's just me. What do you guys think?
  16. Yesterday I saw the record player kill animation and I was a little disappointed. In the animation Jason just smashes the players head on the side of the player but I think it would be sweet if he shoved their head down on the record, slammed the lid down on their head (decapitating them), and then he opens the lid up to reveal the players head spinning around on the player. I'm not holding my breath to see this but I still think it would be hilarious.
