  1. So this idea mostly applies to second story windows but could work on any window that doesn't exit immediately to the ground. If you climb through a second story window, not jump that bypasses the prompt, you hang until you press action to drop or hold action to climb back in. You characters hands remain visible on the ledge, giving the Jason player a chance to walk up and preform a new environmental kill, he pulls you back up throwing you on to the floor and then head stomps you or pulls you up then simply grabs your hair and face smashes you on the window sill letting you body drop after. While this isn't a game changer, it will add a level of horror movie cliche that could lead to some really funny interactions. Imagine showing up at Packanack and seeing all the counselors hanging out different windows. Jason can prompt a counselor to fall by hitting them with a throwing knife, while on the ground below them. Should the strength of the counselors play a factor in doing the pull up? How will it show on sense are you still technically in the house/cabin? Just a couple of things to work out, I hope you all like this idea as I see real potential in it. Edit - I've moved a comment from another thread and posted it below, I'd like to talk about how to expand Jason's abilities, since the window topic doesn't seem to interest anyone.
  2. As it said in the title: Let windows break if Jason throws someone through an opened window! this has been something that has bugged me for a long time!
  3. Why can't there be any more window entering animations? Like I'm tired of looking at Vanessa stick her leg inside, grunt, then submerge herself inside, completely. I want this animation, it looks good and much more different than the current one we have now.
  4. So this could maybe give councilors advantages or disadvanteges. Simply some doors are locked and you have to crawl through a window which may be open already. I mean, why would you even leave your door unlocked in the first place? Also, if your running away from Jason, and the only way out is through a room, it could leave you trapped and try to juke Jason.
  5. Jason entered a cabin through a window in Part 3 Jason grabbed a person by leaning in a window in Parts 2 and 4 Jason jumped through a window in Part 7 Therefore, please add to Jason: 1. The ability for Jason to lean into windows and grab counselors through them the same way he grab counselors in a car, or make Jason mash E like crazy to pull the counselor out of the cabin unless he gets stunned, in which case the counselor is free. 2. The ability for Jason to JUMP or CLIMB into cabins through windows when in RAGE, even if you want to put a cool down on it. If you think this would make Jason too OP, more than he should be OP, then add these abilities to CERTAIN Jasons, specifically, Part 7, who did Jump into a window, and needs a lot of help strength-wise. Keep in mind that these abilities would be somewhat balanced by the fact that some windows are second story and cannot be reached by Jason from ground level, or are too high and present the same problem (Think Packanack and the surrounding cabins). Also, you can make it so this ability gives counselors SOME time to run as there is an animation involved, similar to pocket-knifing Jason. Thoughts?
  6. So when I was actually able to get into a room, which only had 2 people besides me, I wasn't able to hit them when they went through windows. This used to cancel the window animation if they didn't dive in but now they just went through like normal. This can't be how they meant it to work. I'm hoping they aren't trying to nerf Jason into the ground. The way windows worked before was fine. Especially since combat stance let every Jason break any window.
  7. Some bugs report: - I have experienced various freezing/crashes just after Jason´s Morph. One time per day, at least. - Sometimes I start the game as a counselor and try to open the map (I have map perk) and the game freezes / crash. - When I am starting the car, if I hit the map button, sometimes the map stay fixed on the screen and I cant drive. - When I was Jason, I grabed a guy and all my executions was blocked... I was walking with the guy for about a minute until the executions turned on again. - There are various problems with turning on and turning off Jason´s skills and Jason´s map in sequence... This actions seems to be triggering bugs. One time my Shift becomes blocked half of the match. PC - Windows - Steam
  8. Hello, Since the patch came out there is a problem with Cabin Windows, once you exit from them you can't use them again. The "e" doesn't appear at all. This only seems to happen if I'm carrying a large item. One time it was with the gas, once was with the battery. Both times this occurred was in Packanack Lodge near the cabin by the water near Palmers Pass. I haven't experienced this on Crystal Lake or Higgens Haven.
  9. It should be possible for both counselor and Jason to climb fences instead of runing around it. Also it shoud be possible for Jason to climb trough windows just as counselor, but at a slower pace.
  10. I have 4 hours on this game. I have been able to play roughly 45 minutes. This game is prone to CONSTANT freezes (not responding) on Windows 10. Happens at various points: Initial round start cutscene Being picked up by Jason Opening a drawer The audio will continue to loop but the game is non-responsive and must be force closed. Unable to reproduce this, seems to happen very frequent but randomly. 11. Hi! I'm having the following issues with starting the game. What can I do to fix these? I've tried reinstalling the game several times: SummerCamp.exe - System Error. The code execution cannot proceed because X3DAudio1_7.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. SummerCamp.exe - System Error. 12. What's the point of let all the windows closed? I mean, jason can't pass through. If it is closed, it makes difficult to run from jason if you need to go through it... Furthermore, Jason can break them being closed or opened. Is there any advantage to leave windows closed? Or whenever i enter in the houses should I open all the windows to help with a future escape?
