Good evening Hope everyone is well. I gifted my best friend Friday the 13th: The Game so he can finally play with me (On Steam), but whenever he tries to launch the game it says 'connecting' and then 'Failure to connect to database'. All my Google searches just lead back to launch and fixes saying it was the servers. I am online and he can't connect, so can't be the servers now. Any help? We have checked his anti-virus and firewall and added the game and Steam to the exceptions. We have also made sure the Easy Anti-Cheat is installed, and after all that we have uninstalled the game and done a fresh install as well and he is still getting the same error. Any help would be appreciated! -
Database login failure When ı try to start game it says 'database login failure verify internet connectivity' ı have already tried family share it said same thing.Please help.

The game froze on me when I jumped out of a window while quickly rotating my mouse. Had to Ctrl-Alt-Del to get out . For the last hour I've received a Database Login Failure. I think the game thinks I'm still playing and won't let me in? Is this gonna go away on it's own or I am down till next patch?

Hey ya'll I've been getting the database error the past two days. Yesterday I accepted an invite to a game for a private lobby and it worked. Well I got booted this afternoon and I wanted to try that again but now when I accept an invite nothing happens. Does anyone have any suggestions on what I should do? -
So I have read that some people have got in using guest accounts, etc. I've tried this on PS4 but because I claimed the code with my account, all other accounts seem to be locked out. So I can't use that to get in. I've restarted my system and have done a shutdown as well and still no dice. Any ideas? Has anyone got past this issue any other way?
