So it's been months since i pre-ordered the physical PS4 copy through backerkit and while the team promised that the orders were being sent out and they only had a handful of orders that needed extra work, i haven't gotten a single update on my order and that was LONG ago. I simply want to ask for either an update on my order or a refund, but i can't find a single form of communication where i can get some help on this! I get that some orders take time, but it's been half a year already and it's stressful not knowing if my $60 bucks actually are getting me my order or if it just went into absolutely nothing! -
How I contact these ppl about a refund??? Um because of PS4 shit refund policy for digital downloads I wanna know who I contact on there end about getting my money back for a broken game, un answered promises, and possibly of a ripoff!!!!

Hi! I'm having the following issues with starting the game. What can I do to fix these? I've tried reinstalling the game several times: SummerCamp.exe - System Error. The code execution cannot proceed because X3DAudio1_7.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. SummerCamp.exe - System Error. The code execution cannot proceed because XAPOFX1_5.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. SummerCamp.exe - System Error. The code execution cannot proceed because MSVCP140.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. SummerCamp.exe - System Error. The code execution cannot proceed because XINPUT1_3.dll was not found. Reinstalling the program may fix this problem. If this cannot be fixed I demand a refund immediately. No one has gotten back to me in a week and there is no email contact info to be found.

I have purchased this game 2 days ago and I continue to get a database login failure x100... I'm off this holiday weekend all week looking forward to playing it... what frustrates me more is that other people are able to play but I cant on my account... I have yet to be in or connect to a lobby... I just want a refund and my money back to spend on another game that will give me access to the content this is BS.. I have never in the 30 years of my gaming experience seen a release this horrible.. -
I have been trying to be patient but to have a game not work since launch which was bought as a working title has come to an end. I have requested a refund on PS4, has anyone else? What was the outcome? Thanks

Before reading any further, please note that *I don't want a refund*. This post is to help clarify things for those (specifically on social media) who have asked for a refund. From what I've seen, the general reply is that the game developers refuse to refund your money and your payment is considered a "donation" to development. Kickstarter and Backerkit both allow for projects to refund your money. Your request is simply being refused. There's some debate on whether your "donation" is actually a purchase if you're recieving a physical or digital item but that's a post for a different day...
