  1. The PMs were not the source of the ban. The posts to the thread were the reason for the ban.
  2. @The Doctor Every DLC except the latest Kill Pack is 50% off for the Steam Summer Sale. No breath holding necessary.
  3. The point of players in the community wanting some form of client side saving is so they can continue playing it in the future.
  4. I said that Dedicated Servers are not live yet, so this isn’t a priority right now. We still have not made any decisions on it. Slash N Cast has the same information everyone else has about it. Nobody wants players to put a disc in, or plug in a console with a digital copy, in 10 years and all they can do is play with 2 Jasons with their standard weapons, with all the other content locked. But right now, at this specific point in time, this is not a high priority.
  5. I do not see this option on mobile. Edit: Nope, there it is.
  6. @jaymz1970 You posted the same thread twice in 2 minutes. Instead of deleting them both as spam, I answered one. We are not going to make announcements for anything that might possibly happen in the future. - Edit: This reads weird. We won't be making announcements based on every possible outcome for every scenario, that would be a lot of announcements for no reason. We are looking into a few different solutions for this, whether that is unlocking all SP content, or having save files held locally. Both have ups and downs, and a decision has not yet been made. The fact that dedicated servers are not live yet (which I know is a sore spot for many in the community) allow us time to focus on issues that our players are currently facing.
  7. I told players that we were looking into it, but that it isn't currently a high priority. The answer is still the same. We are looking into it, but it isn't a high priority.
  8. This is a thread about critical issues in the game. While the art books and soundtracks are still being made, they aren’t the focus of this thread.
  9. The question has been answered. We are talking about solutions for this.
  10. Because we are focused on critical issues that are game breaking for players. That’s the most important task right now. There is no good reason to spread the team thin right now, and plenty of reasons against it. @BrokenFattHardy this tactic where you try to passive aggressively chide people into answering your questions to your specific liking will no longer be tolerated.
  11. @Alien_Number_Six there are ways to give feedback, and this is not one of them. Please visit the forum rules and regulations and familiarize yourself with them.
  12. We’re having discussions about this, but there’s no answer right now. However, dedicated servers aren’t live yet, so the doom and gloom about them going away/this being the most important issue that needs to be addressed seems a bit odd to me. We are currently focused on fixing critical gameplay issues that are impacting players right now on every platform. I am not going to push for this feature, or one like it, at this time as it is not currently necessary or a critical issue.
  13. Let me clarify: I haven’t seen videos or reports of the old bug that people were calling rubber banding since the latest update. The new reports of rubber banding have typically been described as the second one I mentioned; one player is pulled from the car. A second player gets in and drives away while pulling the original driver with them.
  14. Could you please send me some video? The only reports with any additional information that I have seen are from before the June 8th update. The thread you linked to earlier hasn't had a reply since June 7th, which is when we addressed issues that resulted in the rubber banding issue.
  15. While I’ve seen people talk about rubber banding since the last update, I haven’t seen any videos of the OG rubber banding issue. It has typically been described as the second one I mentioned; one player is pulled from the car. A second player gets in and drives away while pulling the original driver with them. It looks to be that issue that @American Oxygen was talking about.
  16. No. As long as there are player hosts, those players quitting will end the game. We'll be launching dedicated servers to end that from happening. A Jason player getting an extra/free kill from a character not being controlled by a player is not considered game breaking.
  17. Are you talking about the issue where players get stuck to the car during repairs, or where players are stuck to the car when Jason pulls them out and another player starts the car and drives off, pulling the original driver with them?
  18. From what I understand, we are pretty deep in the process. Unfortunately, it isn't something that we can say is "halfway done" or anything like that. It's either done, or it isn't. Right now, it isn't. I don't remember seeing this one, I'll see if it's on the list. Regardless, an NPC character spawning in isn't a critical issue. Annoying? Yes. Game breaking? No.
  19. If you mean the one where Tommy dies and the match ends, it is included in "The game ending while counselors are still in play"
  20. Hello everyone, there have been a lot of questions about where we stand with the state of the game right now, and whether we are going to continue updating the game (Spoiler: We are). Below you will find items that we intend to have fixed with the next update to Friday the 13th: The Game. Critical Fixes: The game ending while counselors are still in play Escaping via a vehicle counts as suicide Players loading in as a character different than the one they selected Counselors stuck to repair points after initiating/completing a repair Game crashing tied to the destruction of doors Players able to clip through a wall on the Pinehurst map In this update we are prioritizing bugs that have a large impact on gameplay, though it is possible that some lower impact issues will be resolved due to a shared solution with critical issues, or as time allows. Once we launch console dedicated servers, our resources will be able to focus exclusively on player facing issues. With no content being added, we should have fewer new issues arise, which will allow us to work solely on reducing the overall list of game impacting bugs.
  21. I've made a few posts about this in other threads, but as of right now we aren't yet at a spot to make a larger announcement about the next update.
  22. People typically just ask for (or demand) Savini Jason, but the response is the same for backer exclusive clothing. Backer Exclusive Clothing will not be made available again. They are exclusive cosmetic items for people who backed the project, and they will remain that way.
  23. We do miss stuff sometimes. Right now we’re waiting on confirmation for some things, but I would like to get some messaging about the next update out today.
