I get the CE-34878-0 that’s the error message - the message is saying An error has occurred in the following application

Ive been getting an error code every time I try to play it does it all the time , I’ve tried everything and nothing works I’m loosing hope ? can someone please help me ,

I’m still getting the same problem does anyone knows how to fix it I’ve tried uninstalling and reinstalling it and I’ve tried to rebuild database ive even reinitialized it also and nothing works right before I try to play it shows and error code

Hey does anybody Jason crashes right before the game starts and if so how do you fix it ? PLEASE HELP
