Truthfully speaking, I don't think you will be able to get a refund from PSN. Also does your game work now? They are rolling out updates and such to fix the game be patient and also check out @wes's post about DATABASE UPDATE #2 (click there)

Not sure where to post this BUT whenever I hit the "Remember me" button using FireFox, it doesn't stay logged in. It'll log me out for some odd reason. It's not a super big deal to type my password in, I just thought I'd post this and alert someone about the issue. any ideas as to why/what can be done??

No, they are fixing the database issues as well. There are 30 devs and 3 platforms, thats what 10 people per platform? Between those 3 platforms theres over 50k+ users who were trying to get on day 1. Glitches happen, things fuck up, its life you have to just be patient and let them do their job.

I see flaws with this idea yet I also see pros with this idea. I'm kind of in the middle, in my opinion, I would say no due to reason that have already been mentioned above.

Hey guys! Names Steve, I've been a fan of F13 since the movies. When I heard a game was getting released for F13, I legit went crazy. This game has come so far, I know that there have been a lot of bugs and issues along the way but the developers are great at handling them and I couldn't be more proud! I'm 100% sure that this game will be on top, its got great potential. With that being said, let me tell you a bit about me. @XxIxAMxKing9xX I believe they were having some issues in general with servers, they've been working on it around the clock. I'm sure they will take care of it, in a worst case scenario, people may not have got it for xb1 in the EU.

The Developers are aware of this issue, they are currently working around the clock to figure out the core point of this issue. Here is a quote from [illfonic] Zilchius from the f13 discord server.
