Not a fan of this. The fuse should be able to spawn there just like anywhere else. Really wish the counselor spawn here would move (if it hasn't already). No badges in bot means no achievements/trophies right? I'd rather grind for those outside of MP personally. Awesome update though! The Fuse will no longer be able to spawn in the same building as the Phone Box
