  1. Sad. Oh well, at least I can pretend the Trapper from Dead by Daylight is Jason. At least I still have that going for me. Damn shame. Though there is a small chance that once this lawsuit is settled and the dust has hit the floor....they can announce "Friday the 13th: The Game, Part 2"
  2. I just played with bots on the new map and I couldn't see where to teleport. The crosshairs didn't show up. Anybody else get this?
  3. I can't take you serious right now. I hope your just trying to "troll" me! (Stats straight from Microsoft Live store: Dead by Daylight: 13.44 gigs Friday the 13th: The Game: 5.29 gigs
  4. I disagree with you there. I think they are both fine in presentation. F13th takes place in the real world (well the world of 1980's) and Dead By Daylight takes place in a dark dimension, where the Entity has total control and it's a sick evil mockery of our world (killer's worlds). Why didn't they make the kills more cinematic or like Mortal Kombat?! Cause it's not a "Mortal Kombat" game. As the others have stated, Freddy's been fixed. He was pretty bad ass for his one day on consoles. The next day there was a patch sent out (how come Gun can't get a patch sent out within 24 hours?). Leatherface and Myers are only "overpowered" if the killer gets the right mixture of ultra rare perks. Even then a good team working together can get out. What the DbD players on steam are not telling you is that survivors can be very "op" with the right perks. If say somebody has the rainbow key, they can use it on the hatch and everybody can escape through the hatch without even touching a generator. But enough, as a previous poster has already stated. Dead By Daylight and Friday the 13th the game can't be compared fairly. The only thing they share in common is that their a "survival horror game" and that's it. I guess I like DbD better because I have a chance to escape by myself if I get stuck with a shitty team better then my odds of surviving in F13th working alone. Finally, when i get into a game of DbD, I meet three other players with the same goal as me. To escape. Not to dance around and generally be an ass or work with Jason to kill the others first. That's pretty much it. You F13th die hard fans are going to disagree with me and honestly I'm done with talking about this. Let's just agree to disagree and respect each others choices. See you all at Camp or maybe even the Entity's dimension. GAME ON!!
  5. "Mhmmm.....Soul Food" and "You are all my children now"
  6. At the end of the day, we all like what we like. You can't change that.
  7. 1. I never called Illfonic/Gun negligent. The OP did. So don't pick on me. 2. Looks like Ass? Plays like Ass? You've never played it, only watched it. It's a different thing when your in the driver's seat. As for playing like Ass. Sometimes that's a good thing. Friday the 13th can come off extremely boring and tedious too. If your unlucky and get killed within the first 5 mins of the game, your stuck waiting to collect your exp. points. Well I agree that everybody is entitled to their own likes and dislikes, I feel that you have no business calling a game out on looks alone. Play it first and then by all means call it a boring piece of ass candy if you must! 3. F13th doesn't feel like a movie at all. Maybe a parody where the campers taunt, dance and generally try to teabag Jason to death or where you have a screaming, cursing Jason calling you names and saying they slept with your mother. Then yes. F13 is totally a downright terror filled orgasmic horror movie experience.
  8. Ha ha ha ha. I thought it was your video! ha ha. He can be such a bitch (Myers) when he has that unlimited "Evil within level 3" perks.
  9. That's nobody's fault. It's just the way steam works compared to Sony and Microsoft. Yeah, steam is cheaper to setup your game, patch and update your game, but they allow anybody to submit a game. There's a lot of crappy games on steam. At the end of the day, a company that has to pay a little fee or none at all will always support PC machines first over a console. It's just the facts of life. :/
  10. I agree. This was my first project that I supported ever for kickstarter. It's gotta be something really special before I even think of supporting a kickstarter project again. What made me support them in the first place was the special early bird price of $25 US dollars. Converting that to Canadian and I only played about $35 bucks after taxes. I didnt have to pay for shipping and handling, which can sometimes be very expensive.
  11. YOU WOULD BE WRONG SIR!! Michael myers can do an insta kill when he has his perk at level 3. Get the ultra rare tombstone offering and he can insta kill till the end of time. If anybody on here owns both games and an Xbox system and would like to play, you can message me for my gamertag. Always looking for a few more good friends to join my ever growing army of good gamers!
  12. Thanks! Sorry I've been busy and I forgot to come back to this post and thank you. So thank you! I look forward to gaming with some of you from the forums.
  13. There is taunting going on in Friday the 13th the game thanks to the new Emotes (like the dancing emote). This has nothing to do with the games and everything to do with a majority of people being asshats when they game online. That's because he's not based on the 1984 "A Nightmare on Elm Street" Freddy, but the 2010 remake. Also if you go back and watch the original Nightmare on Elm Street, Freddy's all business. He didn't become the comedic killer to a few movies later. Why can't we just embrace both games and be happy? I haven't had this much fun in a horror related game since Left for Dead 1 and 2 came out. Be happy and like what you like. <3
