Since summer of 2018 I've been noticing an issue that I hoped it would eventually be solved in some of the latest patches and updates. As it wasn't the case, I'll go ahead and point it out to you in case you think it'd be convenient to fix it.
There's a problem regarding the voice chat (which is fantastic and a great, well thought out idea that makes every game much more immersive), more specifically with the fact that the names of the players are displayed in the top left corner of the screen. This isn't an issue for campers, but it becomes one as soon as Jason shows up.
In private matches, knowing if one of my friends is hiding inside a house is as simple as seeing if their names pop up on the screen. Any noise around the house or even the sound of their breathing would be enough for the voice chat to activate, making it easier for me to find them and kill them. Same thing the other way around: if a friend is using Jason and starts stalking me silently, the sound of their breathing would reveal their presence, allowing me to run in the opposite direction.
This issue could easily be fixed by just removing the names of the players from the voice chat entirely, at least for Jason.
Thanks for taking the time to read this. Have a good day.
