First off, I'm not sure why @PackASnack_Lodge is trying so hard to stir up trouble that's been discussed fully already, but this is not the first thread I'm seeing from you trying to dredge up old topics and sell them as new mysteries. This topic has been thoroughly covered already a million different times and users like @OCT 31 1978 and @SirMang have already said everything there is to say on it. The only thing I'd like to add to the topic here, again, is that even if the content you refer to was 100% done, it still could not be released because it never made it to a storefront of any kind. It never passed certification, never was sold on the storefront, never was unlocked prior to the lawsuit by conventional means. But even still, what was hacked loose was not 100% complete. It was content in various stages of development, but not complete. Also, the upgrade that facilitated the dedicated servers was necessary for more than just dedicated servers, and was in no way indicative of Gun just simply choosing backend work over content. PS. @PackASnack_Lodge just because a winner doesn't shout from a rooftop that they won, doesn't mean they don't exist. In your last "Unsolved Mysteries of F13" thread a couple comments prior to yours a user mentions "creating a Twitter account just to enter the competition" and some would say that's a pretty logical explanation for why they didn't bother to inform you of their win. Not everything is a conspiracy that paints Gun as the Big Bad.
  2. Whoa, easy. I see you tagged me in, thanks. This is fixed in the next patch, and will not continue to happen beyond that. For anyone affected, please continue to report the issue to JasonKillsBugs.com as we're keeping track and will work to restore anything lost once the patch is live. The JasonKillsBugs.com ticket is what we'll use to create a list of accounts to fix up after the patch goes out. The patch with this fix is in process and we hope to have a timing for you very soon. But this issue is confirmed fixed with the patch. Some of the delay on this fix is due to the fact that we need to roll it out for all platforms simultaneously. Usually with a patch this important, we'll deploy it as each platform is ready. In this case, we cannot. So we have to prep all platforms including Switch at once. I know this situation sucks. But we're almost clear of it, and we appreciate the patience and reporting.
  3. Hey! Thanks for the tag in @Fair Play This is a known issue the team has on their list to investigate having to do with the camera. If the player rotates the camera a lot while calling it can cause the call to hang, or disconnect the interaction. Are you seeing this happen even if you just make the call, without moving the camera?

  5. This was one of the emotes that never made it to the game. Because the pack had not hit the storefronts prior to the content stop, the pack is unreleased content and cannot be added.
  6. Environmental Kills? Bots? That must have been before my time on the project. Sometimes, the part of the issue you see is the same, but the cause is different, also. For example, the door barricade issue or Car Interactions. Regardless, yes, it is true. Games experience regressions and they can be frustrating.
  7. No, those are disc related, not entitlements. So you'll need to play the disc version for those, plus the entitlements from backing the game.
  8. @aurllcooljay If I'm not mistaken, you can just grab the disc and install the exclusives. You'll need to install the disc anyhow, and the exclusives are in that initial install. I'm going to check with our support team though to double check. Sit tight and I'll edit once I've confirmed. EDIT: The backer exclusives are an entitlement on your account, so they'll be there. But for the physical exclusives you'll need to use the installed physical and disc. If you do that, your backer exclusives will work with your physical copy.

  10. The original code sent to you via the backer email is the best bet. That code would still be active, if you've never redeemed it.
  11. Hey! You'll need to reach out to support and see if anything can be done. We have a dedicated support site at JasonKillsBugs.com that you can use to submit a ticket. I will say, however, that we need to be able to verify the email that backed on Kickstarter. The code originally distributed to that email is the only code that will work for your skins. We do not have or offer any replacement skins by way of code. This is most likely the response you received when initially reporting the missing skins.
  12. Unfortunately, no, there is not a set of data like that for us to view. This goes back to before my time on F13 when data was causing some issues with server storage, etc. If I'm not mistaken, it couldn't be tailored finely, to include some and not all. So it had to be limited. It's really unfortunate, because data is the first stop on any debate in the community such as this. But there are ways to work around it. I think we're at a point where we can confidently say our investigation has provided us with a pile of data on how effective different counselors are against Jason in different ways, and now the process of tuning that can be done to ensure we're in a good place. More news as I have it.
  13. I'm not sure of the cause, and I would suggest hitting up JasonKillsBugs.com to report it. If there is any troubleshooting or workaround, they'll be the best to walk you through it. And if not, they can track and report it.
  14. Rage isn't the topic here. And Rage isn't being tweaked right now. But anything we change is going to be carefully balanced, taking Rage into consideration.
  15. She might have had a really rough connection or a spike that lead to that behavior. Especially considering the missed skill check sound. If she wasn't able to control her character due to a spike in connection, she'd repeatedly miss the next click of the skill check. She may have run off, but due to the connection being poor, she looked to be in the animation still, explaining why she was getting further away but still looking to be completing the fix. I'm glad to get the report, however, as I now will keep an eye out for similar strange behavior, just to be safe. Thanks!
  16. It is. But it's not going to be a major sweeping change, as that is problematic in other ways. It's also not going to be a massive change, since the community is still divided on this. I'll share more on this when we have it.
  17. For offline challenge audio issues, we are not currently prioritizing them. Reason being, it is just the audio and there's not an impact to the challenge if the audio is off. It would be great to tackle them at some point, but we're currently focusing on things like the car issues, random counselor, etc. I also haven't checked in with the team (but I will) to see how deep into things this sync is. That would definitely be a big part of where they eventually fall in the list.
  18. We did do some performance fixes, but as far as I know, they should have only had impact on how the game runs, not the visual aspects of it. Specifically, how the game runs with a wider variety of ping/connection due to the platforms wireless nature.

  20. We're not, ever, removing the kill completely. Another key point I made was that we would like to err on the side of caution rather than make drastic crazy changes at this time. The team has been investigating and working on some things that I truly think will straddle the line between the two opinions on the Jason Kill. Until we have it set in stone, this is all the info I can share at this time. OH, and I'm not going to lock this thread just yet. People stated their opinions and that's good. But let's keep it civil and realistic. And @Strigoi please take a moment before posting threads like this. They have an incendiary effect when people see you trying to speak for them. And often the point of the thread is lost from there out. Too much speculation and too much speaking for others. I don't want to give out points here, but this is becoming a problem.
