Question about who owns Friday the 13th

Some of it they may be legally restricted from actually detailing, especially in such a convoluted franchise situation like this one, where it could be used by one party to try to gain benefit over the other. I don't know, just theorising here.

As much as they could, it would be an interesting tale. Having Tom McLaughlin on board may have been a two-fold benefit, as they liked and wanted him anyway but perhaps also helping with the Thom version of Tommy. They did say that Thom was great about it, being very willing to be included, giving a lot of input on getting the character design to where he was happy with it and being very reasonable with his likeness and vocal performance fee.
