So this is a topic dedicated to the first person shooter series known as Turok.

Any one here who played the games and are fans of it or at least heard of it ?

Share your toughts.

Recently 'Night Dive Studios' released a remaster of Turok 2 Seeds of Evil on Steam with improvements over the original N64/PC version, they also released a remaster of Turok 1 about a year ago too.

Here's are 2 review videos made by Gggmanlives on those remasters.

Turok 1 remaster review :

If you guys are interested in buying those remasters, here's the steam pages of the games.

Turok 2 Steam page : http://store.steampo...com/app/405830/

So yeah, share your toughts on the series.

Also i do hope that 'Night Dive Studios' eventually do a remaster of Turok 3 Shadow of Oblivion, like that the original N64 trilogy will be all remastered.

Turok 2 and 3 where some of my FAVORITE video games.

Cerebral Bore is one of the most hilarious weapons ever made.

I've played a few of the older ones at a buddies house. They were ok.

Owned the 360 game. What a gagglefuck that turned out to be.

Both Turok games were favorites of mine growing up. Especially Turok 2.

I haven't picked up any of the remastered versions yet, but I certainly have my eye on Turok 2. I have very fond memories of multiplayer.

I loved Turok as a child, my brother and I used to play the 1st one together all the time and kill the little dinosaurs

Talking about Jet Force Gemini,i know that Perfect Dark got a remaster on Xbox 360,i buyed and downloaded it on my brother Xbox360 (im more of a Playstation guy)they smoothed the polygons, some textures and changed the faces of the characters.

Goldeneye 64 was also supposed to be remastered but it was cancelled.

As for the Turok 2 remaster, the devs added a lots of new things in the option menu and a few added things to the gameplay.

I bought the first one on Steam, and the other day I was pleasantly surprised with a Steam key for the second from a benevolent entity.

I remember playing through the game with a friend as a kid, and the ending cutscene somehow bugged so his knees bent forward, and then it never happened ever again.  I don't know how on earth it happened to us, but we both saw it and remember it.
