  1. It used to be fun to play Jason but now it's no fun so many people play counselors so much that it's to the point you can't get many if any kills unless there are a majority of newbies playing. Here are some of the major issues with being Jason and if it don't get fixed soon i feel interest in even playing Jason by the majority will dwindle and without Jason there is no game to be played. So please fix and consider the following below and please all if you agree rate this posting and leave a comment if enough people speak up maybe we will be herd. 1.) It's so unfair that counselors can see gas, battery and keys on the map i think this should at the very least be reduced to the small map not the large map. 2.) Counselors can block and strike when playing Jason now you can block but not strike if you try it takes forever to do so Jason should be able to block and strike at the same rate a counselor can to make this fair. 3.) Counselors have been invisible a lot here lately i think this is a bug that seriously needs fixed can't kill what we can't see. 4.) Jason 4 used to be able to knock down a bolted up door with just two strikes i feel this should be re enabled again. 5.) You all really need to add at the very least a 3rd step to calling the cops the fuse is still very close to the phone if not in the same house further it's to easy to fix the box make a call and boom game is pretty much over b4 it begins so many Jason players quit once they hear the cops as they just started the game i also feel the cop perk to shorten time should be taken away and the police response time should be increased to 8 minutes. 6.) Jason's grab range needs increased it's way to easy for the counselors to get away just a wiggle when they hear the shift and boom gotta wait for recharge by then counselor is in a house. 7.) Jason part 7 as iv stated many times is way to under powered i want to play him more but he only has 3 traps and is very slow he needs more traps at the very least 5. 8.) The game provides way to many knives not only did each game have four pocket knives before the Tommy upgrade but now there are five including him. 9.) Jason's kills don't always show up proper when you grab someone sometimes usually most the time you have to use a crappy kill due to it being the only one that lights up red or risk losing your catch. 10.) All Jason's need to be a little faster even the Jason's who run are slower then all counselors light jog not even their run their light jog making it very frustrating when playing Jason and your slow as a snail. 11.) Counselors can hit Jason through the door and windows while he's trying to break or knock them down a bat or wrench or machete should not be able to go threw a door while it's still up or a window that's not broken. 12.) It's way to easy for counselors to stun Jason even Jason himself with powerful weapons such as part 3 and 4 Jason have to hit a counselor even those without the thick skin perk more then once to cripple them yet counselors only have to hit Jason once and he get's stunned forever. I feel counselors should have to hit Jason at minimum twice esp when Jason has a counselor grabbed before he gets stunned. 13.) Counselors get perks but Jason don't please provide Jason with perks such as sight sense last longer, stun time shorter, faster pace, stronger weapon, stronger grab, more knives at start, more traps at start, ability to see Jarvis house so Jason can kill power to it early, map shift loads faster, traps turn blue on map when set off this way if multiple traps are set at dif locations players won't go to the wrong place by mistake, throwing knives stun counselors, bigger target graphic when throwing a knife making it easier to hit target, throwing knives that will follow and hit a counselor like a tracking missiles etc..... One possible solution I have thought of to keep all happy is offering all there changes and provide say online game difficulty options such as "play against fearless Jason" This mode would be a match for advanced players in this online mode all changes mentioned above are implemented and for those who want an easy game as a counselor they play an online game as it is now calling it easy online mode this way counselors who want more of a challenge can have it as well as those who want a better, faster, and stronger Jason can enjoy also. Or just say hard online mode and easy online mode. Lastly I preferred playing the game much more before the developers wrecked Jason all to hell and gave all the counselor players all they wanted and then some on a silver plate it's to easy to escape Jason in most games even by the experience Thanks this is all i can think of right now if anyone wants to add to this or give their opinion please do so but please if your not one who even plays Jason and haven't or don't plan on it then don't complain about this posting for you have no idea. Sincerely, Chris
  2. So I'll start with Bloody Jason, as you can see you can put the skin on all Jason's expect Part 4. And as you can see Part 4 doesn't get an option to equip it. Now to the meat of the bones, the clothing. Yes that is a black heart shirt! And Tiffany get's a white dove! You can't see it on the shirt because it won't load for some reason but as you can see the icon there is a dove! So some clothes are a hit and miss while other's are cool looking, however I cannot use these items with my digital and have to have my disc in in order to use them. It sucks and would like to transfer them to my digital account. @GunMedia_Ben I hope you guys allow those who bought the digital and disc to transfer the items to their accounts. @BoxingRouge and @Tiffany I hope you two like lol
  3. I don't know if anyone ever noticed, but Jason never seems to get any blood on him after killing a counselor. I think allowing Jason to have blood spots appear on him after certain kills would not only add realism, but also add a scare factor to the game.
  4. Check it out HERE This is my own epic slasher graphic novel. Here's what it's about: FREAKTOWN COMICS PRESENTS SLASHERMANIA 1983. Troubled teens from New York and Los Angeles are taken to a summer camp facility to be trained as counsellors and mix safely with other people their own age. Little do they know they are being watched by an audience hungry for sex & violence. They are the designated victims for a bizarre contest of murder and mayhem – WELCOME TO SLASHERMANIA! Masked maniacs from across the USA, Canada, Italy & the UK compete in various categories: Best Male Solo Death! Best Female Solo Death! Coitus Interruptus! Sin Punishment! Most Creative Kill! Biggest Multiple Death! The coveted Slasher of the Year award! “And the slashie goes to...” Written by Russell Hillman. Pencils by Ron Joseph and CJ Camba. Inks by Ron Joseph, Jake Isenberg and CJ Camba. Colours by Harry Saxon. Letters by Sergio Calvet. Slashermania is an original graphic novel in the tradition of films such as Scream, Behind the Mask: The Rise of Leslie Vernon, The Final Girls and Cabin in the Woods. Functioning both as a tribute to, and an examination of, the eighties slasher movie phenomenon, it’s mostly played straight but with an undercurrent of post-modern self-awareness and some appropriately inappropriate laughs along the way - carefully designed not to undercut the scares. It should appeal to readers of titles such as Tim Seeley’s Hack/Slash, Williamson/Henderson’s Nailbiter and Alex de Campi’s Grindhouse miniseries. The Kickstarter campaign runs from 13th August – 13th September. Neither of them are Fridays, but you work with what the calendar gives you. Here's the trailer: Download a preview comic here. Listen to the soundtrack playlist on YouTube:
  5. The gameplay is awesome you guys!! Loved seeing the footage live on TWITCH last night! Everything had that Friday the 13th movie vibe and I was ridiculously excited. The teleporting, perfect feature and perk for Jason... honestly the only thing I would change about it is 2 things small. The smoke effect when he appears, I just hope counselors can't SEE that... as now it makes Jason like a witch or warlock, his teleporting should be something the counselor players KNOW he's doing, but they should never directly SEE him teleport. It should always be as if he's coming out of the shadows, or from behind a wall. That "whoosh" generic sound effect when he teleports, I feel like that should be something different, but that's just me. Make it to where Jason can't teleport somewhere as long as someone is able to see in that location. THIS would also give the camp counselors more initiative to stick together. Because if there are counselors sticking together that's more EYES covering the environment and when there are more eyes covering the landscape (which could be a cone of vision invisible to everyone except Jason, it would eliminate him being able to teleport everywhere because a counselor can actually SEE there... Where as if a counselor is alone and by themselves, they have an easier chance to die. Stick together, keep everyone looking out the windows for Jason. Keep an eye on your environment, because as soon as someone looks away for an INSTANT, Jason could teleport and sneak up on the group and grab someone at a window, or at a back door. This would automatically create a sense of 'working together as a group' and the anticipation and excitement of using multiple people to keep Jason at a distance AT LEAST from teleporting. It would also help keep that 'feel' of the movies as when everyone's together, you feel safer and Jason 'may not show up' during these moments of sticking together, less likely than if you are alone. The BLOOD. It looks a little comic book right now. It's very bright red and splattery, which is cool. But I feel like the gore in Friday should be more realistic than ' comic splattery'. The payoff for killing a counselor should be HUUUUGE. I mean people are going to be playing this game and killing counselors THOUSANDS of times.. so you can only imagine how many times we are going to be viewing these kills. Make the blood and gore to where people have to almost feel bad for what they've done, hahah. People have seen blood in games so much now that it's no big thing. Design the blood to ooze out of wounds. Make people go "Ew" again. And not just because someone's head exploded Mortal Kombat style. The girl that gets her head smashed by Jason in the door, where's her skull? Where's her brains? Where are the pieces of her head that should be left behind and there for other counselors to find later? The blood itself could play a little gameplay element too. Jason's footsteps as he walks through it, people can see where he went. Counselors too. When Jason kills victims, blood should be getting all over his clothes etc. In the movies there was blood on windows, objects, ... I want to have that feeling of coming up to a cabin and getting those butterflies in your stomach as you go to yourself, "He's in there.. or closeby, because..." and they'd have evidence. Blood splatter. A corpse absolutely MANGLED inside. Maybe Jason carried the body away to his 'hideout'. But there should be clear evidence that someone was murdered there. etc.
  6. Horror Comic Books

So, who else on here is into horror-filled comic books? My current favourite is Nailbiter from Image Comics, written by Joshua Williamson with art by Mike Henderson. Here's the original blurb: There are four trade paperback collections out so far, and it's a decent mixture of gore and disquiet. They also did a one-shot crossover with another favourite, Hack/Slash. Over the years, Cassie and Vlad hunted and killed many slashers, even crossing paths with Victor Crowley and Chucky. There's a lot of Hack/Slash to get through, either start with the first book, First Cut, or Cassie's origin, My First Maniac. I would be an idiot not mentioning my own stuff here, so here's the trailer art for The Dark of the Forest: (Image spoilered due to size) It's a seventies-set man-vs-nature/proto-slasher hybrid, filled with all the blood, gore, sex and foul language we love. My other horror comic is Deadly Burlesque: (Image spoilered due to size) This one's more a tribute to the early eighties slashers like Maniac and He Knows You're Alone. I have another project that's been hit quite heavily by delays, but should finally be out by the end of the year, Slashermania. I think a few people here will appreciate it. I'll let the trailer image speak for itself here, though it's very big. Huge. (Not a warning I'm used to giving...) (Image spoilered due to enormousness) So, that's a couple of recommendations and some blatant self-promotion. What about you? What horror comics are you reading, or have you read?
  7. I started wondering if the enviroment will have any effects on the counselors/ jason/ like, say jason and the dumb blonde have a run in and she starts running through the woods instead of going back from were she came like typical senarios similar to this, if shes running through the woods will she get dirty'ed up like in the recent Tomb Raider games? Or if jason attacks a counselor and they get injured but not killed, will they have a limp in there run and get all bloody? long story short, will the enviroment effect the characters appearence? What do you think? And what do you hope to see when it comes to the characters appearence?
